Obviously, this isn't new and surprising. But I'm talking about LIVE-ACTION appearances. If I said animation as well, this thread would be full of "Pamela Segall Adlon is also in..." replies.
-When my brother made me watch the first half of an episode of Lizzie McGuire so I could play Metroid Prime after it, I noticed that on the Spanish game show Lizzie and friends were watching, Erik Estrada(Marco)was the host, complete with talking entirely in Spanish.
-Last night, ABC showed one of those specials that showcased funny commercials, only they were Christmas-centered. The special featured and was partially written by Brian Posehn(Jim on Mission Hill and someone or other on 3 South, which I don't watch)as a street Santa, but otherwise had a lame backstory that focused on the Wazzup guys.

Of course, we all know that Will Ferrell (Bob on "The Oblongs") was once one of the bright spots on "Saturday Night Live", but how about...
Wallace Langham (Andy on "Mission Hill") on...shudder..."Veronica's Closet".
Vicki Lewis (Posey on "Mission Hill") on "Newsradio".
Jean Smart (Pickles on "The Oblongs") who was on "Designing Women", and went on to star in films like "Disney's The Kid" and "Sweet Home Alabama".
Joel Murray (Carl on "Baby Blues") on "Dharma and Greg". For something more interesting, he was Hoops' best friend George in the movie "One Crazy Summer".
I'll stop here and let other people have a chance (I'm kind of a voice artist buff).
BTW, Posehn voices Del on "3 South". It's pretty funny; kind of in the vein of "Family Guy".

The Sklar brothers worked with Battlebots Season 1 and they are in Oblongs. There, that's all.

Joel Murray also voices the doctor in 3 South.
And Erik Estrada does a lot of Spanish voiceovers. He's KFC's current Spanish whore. Like Jason Alexander, only funnier (I imagine he's funnier. I can't actually understand what he's saying, but it has to be funnier than Jason).

so that's why he had that commercial in last week's sealab :murphy:

Eric Estrata is also doing an infomerical for some Florida real estate development. I actually watched the whole thing waiting for him to snap at some point and say something like...
"And here! This is the beautiful yacht harbor, where you can rent a yacht, drive around, and on a gorgous, clear sunny day, in the right spot, you can look down the ocean, and see Sealab exploding. And let me tell you, we had a REALLY great pizza party down there one time!"
What? It was 5:30 in the morning, you try and see of your brain doesn't wander :p

That's correct. He does VAs for some company called "Amerisure" or something like that. Something with America in the title.

Thats a very good career.
Being a writer for three popular shows is a big accomplishment.

Actually, as far as stand-up comedians go, Louie CK is pretty successful. He's pretty funny too; you'll most likely see him on TV in his Comedy Central Presents half hour show (which was just a one time thing, but it gets replayed like crazy).

Dude, that's an AWESOME career. He's written for Conan, Letterman, Carvey, Rock...HE WROTE POOTIE TANG, for crying out loud. That's darn good if you ask me.
Beau Billingslea does History Channel voice overs (just in case you didn't hear it from everybody else on the planet...) - It's funny to be watching something about WWII coming from Jet Black. You expect him to bust into a story about how Nazis almost conquered Ganymede, or the difference between androids and humans...
Wallace Langham was on "The Larry Sanders Show" too - he plays a jerky guy who has no luck with the ladies. I think he's being typecast.
Brian Posehn is also on "Just Shoot Me" as the creepy mail guy. He was also on Mr. Show with David Cross (who played everybody's favorite manic-depresant doll on ATHF, as well as playing "David Cross" on SGC2C) AND Tom Kenny (Wally on "Mission Hill", also the Mayor on the Powerpuff Girls, which just strikes me as terribly funny for some reason.)

Oddly enough, I was watching Run Lola, Run in my Writing & Film class today, and I recognized EVERY voice used in the English dub as actors from... whatever the hell company that Pioneer used for Trigun & Bandai used for Cowboy Bebop & Outlaw Star (among others, I'm sure). I can't remember its name at the moment. Anyway, Lola is done by Wendee Lee (Faye in CB), her boyfriend Manni was done by Bo Willams (Wolfwood from Trigun), and her dad is done by Robert Wicks (Gene from OLS). Just a few that I remember.

I tried posting this yesterday, but for some reason I couldn't, so if any of the following have already been mentioned, sorry, but who cares. Hehe..Nowut I mean....
Both Joel Murray (Baby Blues) and Brian Posehn (Mission Hill) do voices on the MTV series 3-South. The Doctor and Del respectively.
Erik Estrada (SL 2021)...nuff said.
Nick Jameson (Gus on Mission Hill) is one of the most popular voice actors out there. He was also Duke Phillips on The Critic, among severl other works.
Maurice LaMarche (Apache Chief from HB) is also one of the better known voice actors out there, as his works include Egon from Ghostbusters, Brain from Pink and the Brain, or ANY show or movie (ED WOOD) that needs a dead on Orson Welles impression.
Billy West (Oblongs)....again, nuff said.
Jean Smart (Oblongs) was on Designing Women.
Stephen Colbert (Reducto) is a long time correspondent on the Daily Show.
Mike O'Malley (Baby Blues) was the host of Nickelodeon GUTS, as well as starring in the shortly lived Mike O'Malley Show and the still running Yes, Dear.
Julia Sweeney (Baby Blues) was on SNL, most famous for the obnoxious and desperately unfunny gender enigma PAT.
Diedrich Bader (Baby Blues) is, of course, Oswald on the Drew Carey show.
Scott Menville (Kevin from Mission Hill) is most recognizable for his portrayal of Wayne's best friend 'Wart' on the Wonder Years. He has also done a good deal of voice work in the past, including the role of Mati on Captain Planet.
EG Daily (Zoe form Baby Blues) is probably the most sought after baby voice over in the biz, also providing the voice for tommy Pickles on the Rugrats, as well as Buttercup on the Powerpuff Girls.
Frank Welker reprised his role as Freddy, Scrappy and Jabber Jaw in all of the related spoofs. He is best known for his ability to make animal noises, and has been doing that from Dino to Santa's Little Helper.
Pamela Segal Adlon (Milo) is also the voice of Bobby Hill.
Gary Cole (Harvey Birdman himself) is probably best known for his work as Mike Brady in all three of the theatrical Brady Bunch movies, which really is unfortunate, because his portrayal in Bill Lumbergh in Office Space wipes all three of the formers out.

Well, it was a dry joke, but I'm sure that if you were to ask David Cross "Were you on Space Ghost," he'd be like "Yes, I was playing the role of David Cross in that particular episode."

Tom Kinney is also the voice of Spongebob, just in case there's one person left who didn't know that. :)
Stephen Colbert (HB:AAL) was on Strangers with Candy (Mr. Jelenic) and also did an episode of Whose Line?
Diedrich Bader (Baby Blues) starred in Office Space and The Beverly Hillbillies (movie, obviously).

Actually I think it was Derek Stephen Prince (a good friend of David Lucas). Their voices sound the same but I think they are different people, but that was discussed in another thread (if you care to find it). Try a search engine for an easier time on finding info on Derek Stephen Prince and David Lucas.

I'm surprised nobody remembers that old MTV show that had the Sklar bros on it. I can't recall the name of it but it was really funny. It was a strange sitcom and one ep that has always stuck with me was one of the bros was trying to join that art school where they send you a brochure and you draw either a pirate or a turtle. Only on the show he was trying to draw a pirate turtle it was fricking hillarious.
