Here we go,,got this idea from the Toonami board AND im combining ASA and ASC:
Greatest aquisition: Definitley the aquisitions of Futurama, Lupin, Trigun, and Inu-Yasha
Greatest Success: Inu-Yasha's lenient cutting!
Greatest Moment: The day they debuted Adult Swim Action
Lowest Moment: The fact that CN AIRED finkel files, pilot canidate, ripping friends, or the oblongs. And of course,,cutting the intros!
Worst Show: See Lowest Moment
Worst Aquisition: Ripping Friends, nuff said
Most shocking moment of the year: Either the fact that CN was able to get drugs and sex refs by the censors in return of the moonintes or the Inu-Yasha nudity!
Hero of the Year: Inu-Yasha has this category locked up IMO
Sidekick of the Year: Carl, the ATHF wouldnt be the same without him
Villian of the Year: The Bizzaro Sealab crew! Nah,,just kidding, Rondo
Woman of the Year: Kagome
Best Special: Eltingville club
Best Overall Show: (tie) ATHF, and Inu-yasha.
Best Theme song: The Winner (Gundam 0083)
Best Overall Episode: The Pop up ads ep of ATHF (for comedy), the Final ep of Gundam 0083 (for action)

Personally, the lowest moment was the whole conspiracy in which "Rejected" was pulled off the schedule two days before it aired, with CN's saying that it was due to the words "Sweet Jesus", despite the fact that those two words were said uncensored on other Adult Swim programming and the fact that the episode was cut supposedly because of that line while Finkel Files, a short that was WAY more offensive religious-wise, still aired on AS.

Well I can tell you that Inu-Yasha is the winner of this most popular anime being shown in america.

My list would be pretty much the same, except:
Lowest Moment: The "Rejected" fiasco
Best Special: Night of the Living Doo
Best Overall Show: add Sealab 2021 to the tie in the original list.
Best Theme Song: Sealab 2021
Best Overall Episode: Dumber Dolls (ATHF)

Best Moments: When ASA premiered; when Mission Hill, Ripping Friends, and Oblongs premiered; when I heard that Futurama was coming to AS and AS was airing weeknights; when I realized that CN doesn't do that much editing to Inyu-Yasha.

Worst Moments: When "Rejected" was rejected; when "Welcome to Eltingville" was announced that it will never be a series; when the OPs on IY were cut; when I found out that Outlaw Star wasn't airing anymore (I only taped the episode "Forced Departure", which was good BTW, and I want more eps.), Baby Blues comes to ASC.

Best ASA Theme Songs: Cowboy Bebop's "Tank!" (I downloaded a longer version of this song and it's better than the cut TV version), Inyu-Yasha's "Change the World", and the theme to Yu Yu Hakusho.

Best ASC Theme Songs: The MH theme song done by Cake; the Sealab theme; the Harvey Birdman theme; the SGC2C theme

Best ASC Characters: Coach McGuirk (Home Movies), Gus and Wally (Mission Hill), Jimmy the Idiot Boy (Ripping Friends), Space Ghost (SGC2C), Andy French (MH), Ron the waterbed creep (MH), Jim Kuback (MH), Jawless Peggy, Bob Oblong, Beth, Pickles, Jared, Creepy Suzie, and Helga (all from Oblongs), Walter and Perry (HM), everyone on Sealab 2021

Worst ASC Characters: Pristine (Oblongs), Peanut (Harvey Birdman)

Best ASA Characters: everyone on Cowboy Bebop, Inyu-Yasha, Gene Starwind, Fred Luo, Suzuka, and Melfina on Outlaw Star.

Best ASC show: SeaLab 2021

Best ASA show: Cowboy Bebop

Worst ASC show: Lewis Lectures

Worst ASA show: Pilot Candidate
