Help with Gif resizing

ive been searching now for a program to reduce the size of a gif file so i can fit it into an avatar and all the sites with the downloads have dead links. if anyone has one I'd really appreciate it.

I can't recall where I downloaded it, but I have PicPerk. It works great and it's what I use to make avatars.

Simply use the select tool in Windows Paint, put the editing lines around the parameters you wish to resize, right click, scroll down to stretch/skew and enter a reduction percentage :cool:
