What Would You Do.... If ToonZone Fell!!!! *gasps!*

Cuz I've seen it happen! Rome never lasts forever....

I've seen now.... three of my internet homes blasted to oblivion or just evaporated in to ghosts in my.... seven-eight years of internet surfing.

Friend forever, we said.... then one day I just stopped logging on to the BBS(i think that's what it's called)ISCA and buh-bye to my old friend Kragar who used to call me "boss."

The onto chat rooms where I made my next family. Me and ol' JBB were the greatest of friends..... when eventually people just stopped going.

Another chat room for Reboot..... GONE!

The CNX RevBoard..... blasted!!!

Places I thought would last forever...... :(

And now I'm here..... friends made, feeling at home.... once again it feels like it could last forever.

But people grow up, some of us just might lose interest in cartoons and others may grow increasingly busy with new college duties.

The DBZ site.... and I mean The DBZ site, PlanetNamek, came to an end and the Funaroverse of the PR Fandom shut its doors.

Where was your Home on the Digital Range before you came here, and where will you go... should the hallowed halls of the Great Toon Zone close forever?

Personally..... I'm not sure where I'd go. I trekked across the icey digital wastlands of ArcticNightFall's message boards for a while... then to the Animation Republic before setting up my Power Ranger blacksmithing shoppe here.

After ToonZone......

On the bright side it seems that no matter what doors closes, there's always a new warm home to come to with faces that become internet family waiting to great you.

Not that I got anything to worry about here. Should TZ ever close in say about..... 15 years or so, maybe I'll get tired of message boards all together.

Then again by then, we'll all be able to actually meet each other in virtual reality. :D

Well TZ's essentially a animation news website and it's very doubtful that it'll die anytime soon, Unlike Planet Namek where the news was all about DBZ nad related stuff and thatw as only going to last for so long. Also TZ has rotating members aiding to it, like a news station or magazine. I really do expect this to last forever, as long as dedicated people like the ones come here an noate money and such to keep it alive. I'm going to donate some money after graduation or a fter i get a job and I get some definete money.

Before here I was at CNX, and a little board/site called Sans Pants. CNX died because it moved here thanks to being taken over by trolls and our moderators(and we only had a few) had left due to that. TZ is much more structured which is good reason why it has a better chance at going on forever.

I really don't see this place closing down unless it needed money really bad, im which case i think we'd draw together having a good amount of financially stable adults here. We ahvea healthy number of college studenst as well who use this place to help them in studies, this place is awesome and helpful.

You know I used to go outside intill they put the internet on computers. I can't see TZ being shut down, since this forum is so verstile, you can never run out of thing to write about. I too have searched the vast wastelands of the internet and no other forum this successful is even on the map. But what goes up must always come down. If that day should come I suggest massive migration to another messagebroad. :D

No worries people. I've a good feeling that ToonZone might be forever(even tho I felt that way about all the other places, but this time it's different!), so that's not what this thread's about.

I'm just saying, imagine if some internet evil came from the dark edges of the internet and invaded laying waste to the forums and ToonZone.

The forums falling in flames and green blasts of light flashing in the sky destroying our world that we once knew.

Me, I'd try and find Jeff Harris in the destruction and then after that locate Meteo and see if there were a place we could rebuild.

Yeah, I would just continue to chat with everyone I do with now. Probably wouldn't get into another message board though. Have been with WF, and now TZ too long to want to start all over again. hehe, I'd probably actually spend more time hanging with my family, oh dear god :p And reading more, even though I read alot as is.

I think after being in shock for a few days, I would actually do my homework for once :D. But, if the actual apocalypse came to TZ, I'd grab a whole bunch of crosses, garlic, silver bullets, Holy Water, sacred statues, and encircle the entire place with all that stuff so that no evil will befall the Great ToonZone. :D

I would probably not go anywhere for internet discussion. Other sites I have seen are either low-quality or no longer exist. I would probably read (a backlog of) cartoon books, then play some cheesy video or computer games.
