I sell things on ebay a lot. Mostly toys that I can turn into a quick buck. Football variants having been making me an average of 60 bucks a sell. However I sell a lot of Heroclix on ebay. Just yesterday I sold one and the guy sent me a money order for 50 cents. How could this have happened? Did he go to the post office and say, "I need a money order for 50 cents?" The figure itself came up to 20.51 total. So it's not like he could have told the lady wrong and she just gave him a 50 cent money order.

I really can't wait for his reply.

When the lady gave him his total of 1.50 did he think he outsmarted her?

Does he just think I'm stupid?

Did the post office screw up?

What do you think his reason will be?

That person either did it on purpose, or is crazy. $20 purchases (estimated) are really not something to get excited about to the point of making a dumb mistake.

Well it turns out that he might just be an honest guy, however...

I got the 50 cent money order on Friday
I got a 20.01 money order on Saturday

If he sent the 20 dollar one first and realized he made a mistake, why did the 50 cent one come first?

Never try to think logically when it comes to the USPS.

Yes, money is not always processed at the same rate, for various unknown reasons. They really should go in order of arrival, though.
