Thank you to the "Tonights Sealab" thread for creating this idea. What action figures would you create, with which props and playsets for ASC shows and characters? And I'm not just talking normal action figures. I want to hear about stuff like:

"Ride-The-Colon" Shake - With real donkey you can shove Shake into.

"Waking" Quinn - Shock your friends when they pick up your Dr. Quinn action figure with a remote control that unleashes 16,000 Kwatts of electricity into their unexpecting body.

Mentok the Mind's Magic Ball - Works just like a magic 8-ball, except cynical.

Once the Herculoids figures come out, I'm going to get my own little Squishface. (No farting action.)

We need a McGuirk action figure with drinking action. He comes with beer bottles you can put in his hand.

I would totaly buy A set of Sealab action figures.

To be honest, now a days action figures are pretty detailed compared to the 60s. ( or whenever sealab first came out) However, even if these action figures looked oldschool on purpose, that would be sweet.

I'd love a stormy action figure, comes with atomic hairdryer, homemade tesla coil, etc...

Ohh a tv 14 tools debbie would rule.

French guy, click his button and he says. "Owahhh poop"

Geez they could have the entire set, and variations too. traditional stormy, and then for no reason what so ever, make a black stormy. Reg. marco, then muscle flexing marco. Quinn, and cyborg quinn. Sparks... overload sparks. Not to mention all the evil henchmen.

Heres the thing. If some company actual got the rights to make this stuff. My plan would be. Make it cool for people who have no idea what it is. That means. Enclude stuff that doesnt detract from the character, but has something useful to anyone who would want to play. The whole Under the sea thing could happen. Make submarines, and monsters so kids can... ya know... play with them. But at the same time the hardcore ADultswim audience is pleased with inside jokes, and the regualer crazyness from the show. Yeah sure. some kid might eventaully realize... "What is the purpose of the Bebop cola machine acessory?.... hmmm ohh well" :::keeps playing:::

thx bassist. for the thread. I agree now.. this deserves to be on its own.

Inigknot and Er with smoking action. They would also say random thing when you squeeze them. "Smoke while you are doing so.

I would buy each and every one of them that came out...

Old school? hmm, anyone here ever hear of Kubrick? I wouldn't want them to ONLY be Kubricks, but I would buy those too if they came out!

Now where am I gonna get all the money for this... guess I'll worry about that when they get made. PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE MAKE THEM NOW!

FredNash

Of course, the Danger cart would hold Shake and Frylock... and Carl would have optional HUGE hands... but what about Carl's pool? would it come with a headless cardboard beer display?

bassist
11-12-2002, 06:54 PM
Carl with the huge hands needs a special package, like "Space Pimp-Slapping Carl" or "Vortex Hand Job Carl."

"Drinkable Shake" - Refillable at your locally participating fast food chain with nasty shakes.

"Morphmaster Meatwad" - Not only is he wet and gooie, but you can change him into any shape, even that of a burger patty! Caution: Do Not Consume, Contains Salmonella and Mad Cow Disease.

"Mothmonster Man" - Has the ability to burn cloth. Also acts as a lighter. Not for kids over 6.

Hesh will show up this weekend. Remember reading this? (http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=52676&highlight=descriptions)

Sunday Nov. 17
11:00 p.m. SeaLab 2021 "Legend of Baggy Pants": Murphy’s golf game is cut short by a lack of balls. In his frantic search for the pro shop, he encounters Monster-Hesh, snotty telephone operators, Dolphin Boy, and the perfidious Eggers. Of course, none of that matters when you’re enjoying a few cold ones down at the local watering hole.

The Hulk-like Murphy from the "All That Jazz" episode complete with a scorpion covered body. The accessories would be the Bebop Cola machine, the robot with tooth neclace, Ben, and a can of Mingus Dew that he can hold.

I wish, but no way in h-e-double-hockeysticks they'd ever let that happen, cartoonnetwork.com is supposed to be totally kid-friendly, and ctoons of "mature audiences only" shows would just not fly... but they would rock! Anmated McGurik that would throw up when you mouse-over him, lol!

There could be a whole different Orbit especially for AS. It would only be on the AS web page so it won't be avaible to kids.
