Next year on Christmas eve there will probably be a Chrismas AS block, what would you want it to be? I would like:
10:00: Fututrama - A tale of Two Santas
10:30: Home Movies - Chrismas Special
11:00: ATHF - Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past From the Future
11:15: The Brak Show - Christmas special
11:30: A Space Ghost Chrismas
12:30: ASA

I'm curious as to why there would be Adult Swim on a holiday as family-oriented as Christmas, especially if you have little children who are willing to stay up half the night "waiting for Santa." Maybe if there was some crazy TV-14 parody of Santa, or Adam Sandler's Christmas cartoon due out later this month :rolleyes: .

Still, kids can never get enough sleep on Christmas Eve. I remember many years ago that every Christmas Eve I could never fall asleep until about 11:30 when every other night it would be 10:30 at the latest. I'd simply stay in my bed with my eyes open, but still, kids stay up on Christmas Eve.

Inuyasha grows white facial hair to match his hair and is mistaken for santa claus and forced to go aroung the world with kagome delivering presents, finding a demon christmas tree and collecting a few jewl shards hidden in christmas bulbs :p

I remember reading a fanfic in which Kagome was explaining to Shippo the whole Christmas ordeal. What she told him was that a man named Santa Claus came by on Christmas night and left presents under the Christmas Tree. She also told him that Santa Claus had white hair and wore an all red suit. Shippo came to the conclusion that Inu Yasha was defintely Santa Claus. The rest of the fanfic he tried to 'catch' Inu Yasha putting presents under the tree and reveal to everyone he was santa. In fact here's a picture of it :D :

If they're gonna do ANYTHING for Christmas next year for Adult Swim, we SO need an animated version of Lobo's Paramilitary Christmas Special.
I mean, how can you not love seeing Santa's elves get blown to bits, Rudolph get a cap popped in his head, Santa get his head lobbed off, a gorilla and penguins helping Lobo nuke the plaent because he's just decided to wipe out Santa's naughty and nice lists (if you're nice, you're just a victem anyway, if you're naughty, you're a potenital rival). And hey, for all you people clamoring for BLOOD on Adult Swim Action, you'll probably get your full year's worth with that thing. See how charming and heartwarming a story it is :D

I'd say that ASA and ASC have nothing to do with christmas unless they have a christmas episode (with a happy ending).
Personally, I'd rather watch the Big O, GI Joe, Courage, and Looney Toons Christmas Episodes.
I'm not a fan of christmas misery, (although I realize that there are people who revel in misery)
(Reminds me of the Christmas Horror movie the "evil producers" were making in Ernest Saves Christmas.)
ASC with it's more sarcastic, "laugh at their misfortune" humor doesn't quite mesh with the christmas spirit.
