As many people know, the Aqua Teens had a quick "cameo" in the Powerpuff Girls Movie. Unfortunatly, since the DVD is pan and scan rather than widescreen, it appears that they were cropped out. Luckily though Craig mentions the Aqua Teens in the commentary and basically plugs the show. Pretty cool, eh?

There's a scene with various tvs with different channels on, all of which are talking about the powerpuff girls and one of the channels is a news channel. The news room has a bunch of TVs in the background and on the second tv from the left (which is cropped out) is shake, frylock and meatwad IIRC.

Here's the pic I posted back when the movie came out. Look on the TV screens on the left and you should see Master Shake.

the cropped version of the film only has one tv on either side of that guy, which means shake is lost. craig said it was one of the funniest shows he'd seen in a long time in the commentary.

They're pretty cheap now, you can get a bottom-of-the-line Apex or Mintek for around $50.

and if your computer can handle a dvd rom, though can be had for a similar if not lower price. if you scour the ads in the sunday newspaper now that it's getting close to the holidays. you might be able to find some real deals.

when did a post about the ppg movie and the aqua teens turn into a dvd selling station?
