I know the Bebop cast has gotten quite well-known thanks to the show, but what other major roles do they play? I know Lucas (Spike) plays Roger Smith on Big O and plays roles in X and Kenshin. Beau Billingslea (Jet) has played some live roles and done narration and voiceovers for the History Channel and so has Wendee Lee (Faye). I haven't heard much of Melissa Charles (Ed). I know she plays Gaz on Invader Zim and Alielle in El Hazard. Can anyone else help add to the list?

Dinozaurs: The Series (TV) as Emily; Kiato

You know, out of all the credits listed above, THIS is like the last thing I expected to see. Then again, this is like one of those cartoons you never expect ANYONE to ever mention.

just to add, i know dave lucas has branched out to video game voice-acting over the last few years, though i'm only aware of two games:

Brave Fencer Musashi (PS1)
The Bouncer (PS2)

...can't say i remember the character names, but you'd recognize him right away if ya checked...

David Lucas and Wendee Lee did voices in Gundam Side Story:0079 for Dreamcast

Billingslea has done a lot of other work besides anime. Someone already mentioned that he narrates for the History Channel. He's also appeared in many television shows and I think some movies.

Lucas... You forgot his "other half".

Anything that ISN'T anime though? Like American shows or games? And let's please not bring up the "Lucas' other half" crap. We've dealt with that before and it wasn't pretty.

The only American thing I know Wendee Lee did was that girl (forgot her name) on "Low Brow". Beau Billingslea does narration for History Channel documentaries and was on JAG. As for David Lucas, sorry, can't discuss American stuff he did without mentioning his "other half".

Er, wait, reading it over, um, never mind what I said. I got DinoZaurs mixed up with Dinosaucers. Bah.

There's someone who REALLY REALLY sounds like David Lucas in "Metropolis" (you know, that fairly new anime movie). It's the bald guy with weird buggy eyes and a cigar, and he's always smiling... Anyone else see it? It really sounds like the same guy.

Ok, now I don't understand.

You can talk about Wendee Lee, Beau Bellingslea, and Melissa Charles' other halves, but you can't talk about David Lucas's?

Let's just say it happened before and it caused a lot of feces to get thrown around.

Isn't Lucas the same guy who voices "Tom" on Toonami?

That can't be given a straight answer w/o the thread being closed. You can find the answer yourself by using the search feature on this forum though.

Why can't you just answer the question? Is he or is he not the same guy who voices Tom on Toonami? They both sound alot alike.

Sheamon

You already know the answer, its pretty obvious. But we can't say anything else here because of deaf union spies who don't watch anime, but do peruse anime messageboards and newsgroups. Thats all I have to say, anything and everything involved with this is beyond absurdity.

And as much as I'd like to help out... arxane did a perfect job so have nothing to add :p Have a couple more within the show itself (Wendee Lee does the bride in episode 2, David Lucas does Yuri Kellerman in episode 9), thats it.

This is why we have the Search function.

You know how DVDs have Easter Eggs? This is one of our Easter Eggs.

I think I close this now.
