How.........................confusing. :D Is this one of those "don't think, do" quotations? Or is it just something weird that's supposed to baffle a lot of people? ;)

I suppose it is a message about striving to do well and believing in yourself. If you think you can't do something then you've failed before you even attempt to do it.

Basically, it depends on your state of mind. If you feel you can accomplish something, you will be able to if you put your mind to it. If you feel you can't accomplish something, then you probably won't because your negative attitude is getting in the way.
