Ok, I see alot of threads about how folks have given up on disney, or love disney, yada yada yada...


But have any of you worked or been to cedar point amusment park in Sandusky, Ohio?

I worked there in the summer of 01, and 02...and Might go back after i get this degree.


Cedar point is know for its 15 rollercoasters. it will be 16 soon..

Any thoughts?

Great place. I live about a 2 1/2 hour drive away, so I usually go down every summer or so. I loooooooooove the Raptor.

my sister loved the raptor as well.

I was too chicken to go on the "big" coasters.

But I am a huge fan of the mean-streak.

which town are you in? I got rather familiar with that area when I worked up there.

I worked as a games host in the area which faced the raptor..I spent hours (when we were slow) looking at the raptor and hearing people scream ...lol

Cedar Point, cool!

I love going there. You guys have soem amazing coaster. Millenium Force is just an awesome ride, and that new launched coaster looks pretty interesting too. ;)

BTW, I don't dislike Disney, but I do dislike some of the management.

I live in Waterford, Michigan. It's about 45 minutes west of Detroit (and a 2 1/2 hour drive from CP :p ).

Yeah, I cannot believe I actually miss the place after working there 2 times. Its a paradise compared to where I work now.
