Marvel released this information today. Marvel has begun "beating sites at their own game" by posting news like this, and their solicitations, before sites like Comics Continuum (BOO!) and Comic Newsarama (YAY!). Marvel has a killer website, and I wish DC would smarten up with theirs.

I was about to ask how did it do compared to comic books from other companies...when I realized that list DOES include the best sellers from the other companies! Man, Marvel has 21 out of 25 titles on that list! I can't believe it! Marvel hasnt done this great for quite a while.

While ORIGIN is number 1, I'd like to see it sell about 200, 000 copies, although I doubt that'll happen. Still, it looks like it's gonna sell really good. This is the story alot of people have been waiting for.

The Marvel website has vastly improved over the years. The only thing I don't like about this type of news report is that they say stuff like "all our titles have moved up a few slots". That doesn't mean anything. A title could move up ten slots and still sell less copies than the previous month.
