Milestones (seeing that this is my 1000th post)

Seeing as this will be my 1000th post, I saw this as really the first big milestone in posting. I have kept the quality, not quanity rule and I'm uber happy to see me getting this less than a month before me being here for a year.

Anyway, what do you consider you're milestones in life? Me, I found my life taking a new perspective in middle school and then take a completly different turn in High School. I finally got a job this summer that has brought so much goodness with it, friendships. Some milestones coming soon for me is driving, yes I know I've been 16 since May, but I haven't been interested until lately. Next would be the PSAT and the SATs coming soon. Then prom and graduation come after that.

Wow, I still can't believe I made it to 1000. Big w00t for me :D!!!!

Congratulations Patrick that certainly is a milestone. :cool:

Certainly graduating from high school was a milestone and then going to college goes right along with that one.

I even consider my elementary school graduation a milestone of sorts. I went to a private school and after that I was going to a public one so that was quite the adjustment for me.

Becoming a mod was a milestone of sorts for me and so will marking one year at TZ later this year. :)

Hmmm...my biggest milestone? *THINKS* I dunno, I guess there are all the generic ones for me, for better or worse:

-First step
-First word
-First time on the potty
-First holiday
-First day of school
-First confession
-First communion
-First plane trip
-First time at DISNEYLAND! (that counts!)
-First big road trip
-First computer!
-First after-school job (ie, paper-route, baby-sitting, lawn-mowing)
-First time you win first in a sports event (ie track & field)
-First failed school test/project
-Graduating elementary school
-First time on the net :D
-Scholarships
-First tobacco-related encounter
-First alcohol-binge
-Graduating high school
-Getting your driver's license
-First serious romantic encounter (and all that implies)
-First time in a REALLY foreign country
-First "real" job
-Graduating university
-First hugely disappointing romantic relationship

Wow, I had to end on a down note, didn't I? :p I know there are others in there too, but I can't think of them right now.
