There's something wrong with Mr. Computer again.

When I try to load programs, my computer says I don't have enough memory free, and that should free up some memory and try again. Thing is...I know I have plenty of memory. A problem that appears to be related. When this happens, and I have a wordpad file open, it gives me an error message, closes the file, and when I re-open the file it's a blank page. This stuff only happens when I'm online. This happen to anyone else? Ideas?

Happens to me plenty. Give the computer a good kick; that starts it back up again. ;)

Usually it happens to me when I'm on AI-can't-believe-I'm-actually-trying-this-feshuganeh-thing-AGAIN-M. I eventually hafta reboot the computer.

So the advice I can give you? Get a nice, big mallet.... :D

Maybe you have a new program or something, and it's running and takes memory?

You mean it happens while surfing the net?the browser shuts down?IE/Netscape?what version?
What is written in the error message?

"Well, that's pretty amazing, considering it's IMPOSSIBLE!"

"MOOOVE!"

"Oh, so it's the program that's stupid and not you, right?"
