well, edit wise I don't see much to be edited. The violence is on standard with Bebop but the blood is quite toned down. Not toally, but not nearly what Bebop was.About in tone with IY.SEx/nutiy is just some harmless fanservice.Language I can't judge since that could all be changed in the dub and my only translation comes from my limited comprehension of the language and my neighbor translating along.
The show itself is amazing. The animation is ****in incredible and that goes double for the music. The story, again until I see a full fansubbed episode I can't full view, but form what my neighbor translated for me it sounds like an incredible saga to truly unfold.
And of note, also saw Asobotto Senki Goku episode 1 and hooboy does it suck a fat one.
Spiral looks decent

Why did you call it GITS:TSAC? It's called GITS:SAC(Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex)
Also better then the tv series is GITS 2: ManMachine Interface the Manga. It's finally coming to North America at the end of this month. There is one thing that kida sucks about it though and that is thet the north american version is is being released in parts, not as one whole Tankoban(Graphic Novel). I know this because I bought the Japanese one when I went to Nan Desu Kan 6(an Anime convention)and I just read from darkhorse that their GITS2 #1 will contain 48 pages and that is nowhere near the total number of pages that's in the one I bought.

I kinda guessed what it was for but there is no "The" in the new series title.

Don't worry, but just wait. Dark Horse and Studio Proteus (the translation service) have a long history of gathering their manga series into single volumes after the initial monthly episodic comic book release. Just wait for a couple months after the last chapter comes out and you'll be able to get the entire series in one volume for around $20.
The American comics business model is completely different from the Japanese model, so this is the way things have to work for now. Things may change should Shonen Jump USA and Raijin Comics prove successful.

Oh, ok. Well I probally won't wait that long though, because I wanna know what mine says. So I'll just end up getting them in parts(starting at the end of this month). But thanks for the information.
I hope Raijin does well, because I like the Mamotte Syugotten or in their case Guardian Angel Comic. Also does anyone know when Raijin Comics wiil be coming out(I have Issuse 0 but I want more)?

How's the music? I know it's by Yoko Kanno, but how good is it?

Any music that's ever done by Yoko Kanno is automatically good. That women can do J-pop, rock, jazz, piano, and a helluvalot more than anyone else could ever do. And usually, these pieces of music fits the scene very well, making it almost a masterpiece.
