Hopefully and maybe. Trigun all the way! :D

Damn, this is a close call. I would have gone with Trigun, but Evangelion is just too good to pass up, so, that's my choice.

We will have to fight a war to end all wars against Austrailia to get it!

Hey, us Americans work too hard anyways, so I'm all for taking on the land from down under for that great series. It's worth a shot.

Technically this should be two polls since some of the anime mentioned 'belong' on ASC and others 'belong' on ASA. Of course, someone will pipe up soon to say:
- this topic has been discussed before
- anime doesn't belong on ASC
- etc, etc, etc :)

Personally, I think there should be a mix of anime & other animation on both ASA & ASC but that's just my opinion.... I could be wrong

Out of those, I think I'd like to see Kenshin. Okay, so maybe the TV series isn't quite AS material, but it should still be on TV anyway.

Trigun. In second though Neo Genesis EVA

I went with Kenshin, because I haven't seen it and I want to! :)

Of the one's I have seen and like, my favorite is Excel Saga, but I just can't seen that one playing on CN!

Trigun, the anime version of RK, and LH suck, Evangelion just wasn't made for American tv and Nedisico belongs on Toonami.

I voted Trigun since it's the only one I've seen the dub for out of all those.

My personal comments, not intended to change views:

Love Hina - More comedic value, and of course, no anime on ASC. :(

Trigun - Excellent, EXCELLENT candidate for Adult Swim. Would be a little much for Toonami, thanks to all the guns.

Rurouni Kenshin - Another premier candidate for Adult Swim!

Excel Saga - I hear it's good, but too niche to be mainstream.

Neon Genesis Evangelion - If CN can grow a pair big enough to stomach its content, then it's a fine candidate for ASA. Toonami couldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole. (I think the content is overhyped sometimes, and Eva could air fine with a TV-14)

Nadesico - More fit for Toonami.

Well the reason I say Love Hina, is because of the almost nude value of the anime.

Evangelion, especially the last movie "End of Evangelion". But due to some nudity involved, we might not be able to see this.

However, digital bikinis come to mind.

Love Hina's dub is waaaaay too toned down for Adult Swim, and there is no nudity in the TV series.

I can't see "Excel Saga" on Adult Swim Comedy or Action. Some people just wouldn't get the jokes and references.

Kenshin and Trigun would probably make good candidates (and maayyybe Eva, if CN USA would have the......ahem....to show it, but I don't see that happening.)

I voted Trigun, but Excel Saga would be fine. Rurouni Kenshin and Love Hina have bad dubs. Eva's fine but it slightly bored me. I don't care one way or another about Nadesico. I said Trigun because it'd probably get better ratings.

Neon Genesis Evangelion. I'd also like to see Trigun too.

Trigun or Rurouni Kenshin.
It was a tough choice but I went with Trigun.

It's SOOOOOOOOO great about Trigun, anyway.....? :p

I'm going to be unique, and go with Excel Saga. WOO! EAT THE DOG! :D

Well the next series, Love Hina Again, changes the "no nudity" part...

Why do you say that? You mean it could show on Toonami?

I've only seen the first five episodes, but it definitely seems more like Toonami material, as it seems to target kids and younger teenagers (but then again, so does Yu Yu Hakusho and Inu Yasha). I've heard that it gets more violent later in the series, but would it really be that hard to edit?

Now the OVA, on the other hand, is a completely different story. I think it may be a little much for AS even.

I can't pick more than one?

Well, I'll go with Trigun, Excel Saga, and Evangelion. All three are shows I would definitely be sure not to miss!

Is Rurouni Kenshin another name for Samurai X cause if it is then there should be no problem for it come to ASA. Hey, what about GTO (Geart Teacher Onizuka).

I picked Trigun because it has good action and it won't need to be cut up too much for ASA

:dot:

Took the words out of my mouth, ohmrbill. If CN had some more guts and the BS&P were lenient then the OVA could be shown as an ASA 2 hour special. Though the dubbing could use some work though...

Now the TV series on the other hand...well the closest thing it comes to being AS material is...

The Kyoto Shishio saga in the middle of the series

But then again how can I say it's not AS material when Yu Yu Hakusho comes to Adult Swim...hmmm.

Samurai X is the Rurouni Kenshin OVA and the OVA has higher adult content than the TV series.

trigun cas its the only one ive seen some eps from lmao and is about the same size eps as cowboy bebop and would go great and a dub of it would probably be cowboy-bebop type of dubbing which isnt that bad (tv-14)

I went on a trip once, and they had Cartoon Network LA, they showed Card Captor Sakura and Samurai X. If they showed Samurai X on CN LA, why not on CN? From the litle i saw i loved it.

I also loved Trigun when i saw it, I wouldnt mind seeing it again.

Excel Saga for the most part since ASC is looking rather lonely over there.

I voted for Trigun. Because I've never seen it, and people tell me its really good. But I would like to see Kenshin on TV, if not ASA somewhere else.

It would've been shown on Toonami. The only reason they didn't show it was because of.....um......excessive gun use

I know one show that wouldn't be showing on ASA for a LONG time is Berserk.

Between the religious references and the horrible graphic violence every three seconds, I tend to agree.

Now, if CN had any balls and actually wanted ADULT Swim to live up to the title....
But they don't, so I digress. (-:

Well I don't like many things that are nude.
