I only saw the first 3 episodes and then I missed a few in the middle. Now I finally get a chance to see the show again in a long time and it seems like the show has a some what new cast.
What happened to the tall blonde kid ?
And are these two new kids, the one with the head phones and no eyes and the one with the glasses meant to take his place ?
Who are these kids with the Devo style hats ?
And why were these changes made, if anyone knows ?
Or was this just a new thing for this episode ?

The Yogman twins were in the original pilot but, they just weren't THAT noticeable

Actually it didn't change its cast. There are only 6 episodes total. The tall blonde kid is named "Socks". He's been around for a while.
The kid with the headphones, and the kid with the 80s glasses are Robot's friends. I'm unsure of their names.
The boys with the Devo hats are the Yogman Twins. They are the school bullies.
The "changes" you're talking about confuse me...what changes? The stuff added from the pilot to the first episode? Well they needed to add more characters since it was going to become a series. Much of the series is like the pilot, so I don't think knowing a few more classmates will dramatically ruin Robot Jones.

Well the first few episodes I saw Socks was about the only kid hanging with Robot. Then I see it just last week and there's these 2 new kids and Sock's is no where to be found.

It seems they did add one character, though...the computer science teacher, whose name escapes me but who is voiced by none other than the multi-talented Kevin McDonald (of Kids in the Hall fame).... I knew as soon as I heard him that I recognized that voice :). I hope we see more of this character.

it seems like stars from old comedy shows are now voice acting on animation.
