Why does the United Kingdom show episodes of our cartoon premires faster than the USA? Rugrats,Courage,Hey Arnold and others get episodes shown there first, then later in the USA. (Dr. Vindaloo:Whats is up with that?) You know it makes me want to have a tv guide from over there so I could see what episodes they are! :)

The leader of American viewing T.V is crappy, but UK is not. And I bet you already got 3 of the season 4 eps of Edd?

50th post!

I made a typing error. I'm from the US.

I know that we're ahead of the US (I think) in terms of Justice League. No idea about Nicktoons. And since it got cancelled, CN is showing both seasons of Time Squad in one go. It's a shame, the second season (eps and opening) showed that it was getting better :(

Well we got PPG Series 4 and Ed,Edd and Eddy episodes well before the USA. But we STILL don't have Dexter series 3, and Grim&Evil hasn't arrived yet (But the trailers have started) so in a way it's kind of a mixed blessing

Yeah, we did get PPG and E, E n E sooner. Still waiting for Dexter (though based on what I've heard and seen, I wouldn't mind if they DIDN'T air). As for Grim and Evil- as revealed by Sneek-A-Peek Week, it'll start in October.

UK/Canada/AU gets pretty much all of our cartoons faster. Based on jokes from The Simpsons the reason must be because UK programming sucks so badly. The downside though is they have to wait a lot longer for new episodes since they use them up right away rather then how its done here.

You mean the episode 'Missionary: Impossible' where Homer and Bart watch an English sit com? The joke there isn't that our series suck but that they have shorter seasons. A common season here is 6 episodes. It's highly likely the joke refers for 'Fawlty Towers', one of our shows which has (I think) 14 episodes in total.

Because CN UK and those channels are more than 1 new show a week. We air one new Justice League ep a week. They air two new episodes a week.

And according to a new advert we are getting new episodes of Ed,Edd and Eddy soon. I wonder which series?
