who would you choose for ASA narrator?

If you could choose the ASA narrator/announcer, who would it be?

- The computer voice (currently voices ASA promos)

- Beau Billingslea (voice of Jet Black, narrator for OlS, VO for YYH and CB marathon ads and bumpers)

- Keith David (VO for current Inuyasha ads and Justice League ads)

- Carey Means (voice of Frylock and Thundercleese, VO for Samurai Jack and Batman Beyond (Saturday) ads, VO for Sailor Moon 3:30 ads)

- Peter Cullen (VO for Toonami ads)

Hmm...after studying the current Inu-Yasha ad and "picturing" different voice actors in the ad, I'll say, Peter Cullen. I dunno why, but that guy's good at voice advertising.

Other should've been an option. If you consider all the other VAs possible, even if we only consider those from ASA, there are plenty of good choices. I don't know any from ASA, but I know there are.

Outside of ASA, I think they should get Conan O'Brian to do the announcements. Of course, this is arbitrary and most people would disagree, but hey, why not?

Hey, I certainly would love that! But if I chose someone from above, I'd go with Peter Cullen. He has a creepy voice. :D But the computer voice REALLY scares me.

I think Beau Billinglsea handled the YYH/CCB Marathons pretty well. Hearing his voice in that one CBB promo worked for me too. I'd go w/ him.

Heh! I love Conan! I'm just not sure if he'd be a good announcer (that's why they have Joel open up Late Night.) I'd like to see Conan on one of the ASC shows (besides SGC2C) somtime in the future. I could imagine him on Sealab w/ Murphy following him around bugging to do his "Conan moves" (for the lack of a better term.)

Yeah, I'd choose Keith David, I really liked Gargoyles, and he was the voice of Spawn too. He also did some live action work. He had a bit part in Requiem for A Dream where he had the best line in the film.

Dang ive just started watching Gargoyles on toon disney after i got digital cable last month. Cool ass show and i didnt even know that was the same dude. :cool: in that case Have Goliath do it :)
