I may have forgotten some of the more obscure, short-lived Cartoon Cartoons, but let's see here....
1.) Dexter's Laboratory
2.) Powerpuff Girls
3.) Grimm and Evil
4.) Johnny Bravo
5.) Cow and Chicken
6.) Courage the Cowardly Dog
7.) Ed, Edd, and Eddy
8.) Sheep in the Big City
Dexter is, well, Dexter's Dexter. I love the accent, I love the egotism, I love the gadgets, I love the periodic parodies (Speed Racer, Bond, etc.) I love the anime influence. I'm just a big Genndy fan all around, and I love big robots.
PPG I think, from an objective point of view, is just as clever a show as Dexter, but I enjoy it less because of this Y chromosome that keeps bugging me. Still an excellent show, though.
Grimm and Evil, well... Death has a Jamaican accent! How can you possibly beat that?
Johnny Bravo I felt was best in the first season, after that it got way too formulaic for me.
Cow and Chicken I thought had a few clever episodes, but on the whole I found it too strange for my tastes. Also I HATE the character of Cow. The nasty udders, the NASTY voice, and the whiny personality all make this show a turn-off to me. The devil guy is a funny character, though.
I LOVED the original Courage animated short, and HATED the series. Too formulaic, definitely.
Ed, Edd, and Eddy... what can I say, I just never "got" this show. It doesn't help that I HATE squiggle-vision, although a good enough show (see: Home Movies) can make me overcome this hatred.
As for Sheep, this is another show I just plain don't get. I don't find it funny, and I don't have any better explanation than that.
Did I miss anything?

From first to worst:
Sheep in the Big City (why this show isn't more popular, I'll never understand)
Grim and Evil
Dexter's Laboratory (discounting the more recent ones)
Johnny Bravo (ditto)
The Powerpuff Girls (a bit overrated, but there are some truly great episodes)
Ed, Edd and Eddy
Cow and Chicken
Whatever Happened to Robot Jones?
I Am Weasel
Mike, Lu and Og
Time Squad
Courage the Cowardly Dog (gets more one-note with each passing day)

1. Ed Edd n Eddy
2. Powerpuff Girls
3. Sheep in the Big City
4. Johnny Bravo
5. Dexters lab
6. Grim and Evil
7. Time Squad
8. Courage
9. Whatever happened to Robot Jones?
10. Cow and Chicken/I Am Weasel
10. Mike, Lou and Og
Ed Edd n Eddy is the best show ever, lets face it...Classic Slapstick, great humor, Good animation, it's got everything a cartoon needs and has things many cartoons lack. Originality and effort. What more can I say? Cheers to Danny A. and the crew for making such a masterpeice!
The Powerpuff Girls is an ingenious show also. What more can I say? It's got great action AND comedy! And I absolutely LOVED the movie! One complaint: The episodes can be a little repetitive.
Sheep in the city is very overlooked and not many people like it. I dont know why. It's great! It has a NEW kind of comedy. The kind you only find in shows like Rockey and Bullwinkle. It's not just the same stuff.
Johnny Bravo is another good show. Believe it or not, but I like the newer Johnny Bravos better! I'm not saying the original was bad...Johnny Bravo has that sort of idiotic type comedy...I like that.
Sorry if Dexter looks like he's far down on the list, but I like him just about the same as i do Johnny. Sure, the new episodes are a bit awkward and different...but if ya overlook the voices and animation, I see a good ep.
Grim and Evil is decent, but not enough episodes yet to really help me detirmine if the show is great or a dud. I seem to like Grim better than evil though. lol. The episodes are getting better as they are dished out.
Time squad is basically up there with Grim and Evil. decent. But it got cancelled to fast. I wish there were more episodes. Buck and Otto rule!
I just can't seem to get into courage all that much. It's just not my type of cartoon. Not my kind of Comedy really. But the animation is really good.
Robot Jones is too young for me to really give it much of a ranking. But so far it's...eh...I havent really gotten into it yet. Maybe Ill like it more when more come out.
I cant really sit through Cow & chicken...or I am Weasel...to weird...and disgusting...Not my taste.
Mike Lou and Og, I'm sorry to say it, is the worst. It had no comedy. It was boring and flat...can't say much more...

1. Dexter's Laboratory: Classic. This is the Cartoon Cartoon by which all others will and are judged. I feel it's more innovative and creative than the Powerpuff Girls, and is slightly unerrated in that respect.
2. The Powerpuff Girls: Not quite classic and yes, a bit overrated, but still really good.
3. Ed, Edd, and Eddy: *Everyone Gasps.* Yes, I do like Ed, Edd, and Eddy. Not as much as the PPG's or dexter, but I still like it. The squigglevision-esq animation does bug me a little, but beyond that, it has great storyboards, writing and voice actors. (Note: If this show had no Kankers, It would be at 2.)
4. Grim and Evil: I didn't like it at first, but I've grown to like it. The dark humor fits it well.
5. Johnny Bravo: Allthough the later episodes (Which made Johnny an Idiot as apposed to a massively closed-minded, womanizing jerk.) Aren't as good as the Partible episodes, they're still good stuff.
6. Courage the Cowardly Dog: Backgrounds and Layouts man. Some episodes suck, but many are just wonderful peices of art.
7. Cow and Chicken/I.M. Weasel: Allthough there are some real stinkers in here, the show has some good quality in it.
8. Whatever Happened to Robot Jones: The show needs alot of tweaking writing wise. But the art is good stuff.
9 and 10: Sheep in the Big City and Mike, Lu and Og. Ick. I know that alot of you like Sheep, but I really don't. M, L, O is just so 80ish.
Anything I forgot, I don't like it.

From best to least:
1) The Powerpuff Girls (uhh...yeah)
2) Johnny Bravo (this HAS to be THE funniest cartoon on earth, my fave ep: Luke Perry's Guide to love (or somthin' like that))
3) Ed, Edd n Eddy( just plain cute eps)
4) Courage The Cowardly Dog (Just a cute show)
5) Mike, Lu and Og (I don't know, but somthin' really attracts me to that show, I don't know why people hate it)
6) Dexter's Lab (the older eps were better that's why it's so far down on my list)
Shows I CANNOT stand: from worst to better, but still not good
1) Sheep In the big city (I'm sorry If I sound a bit crude but this show is the motherload of all crap)(I'm really sorry If I offended some people but that is truly how I feel)
2) Cow and Chicken/ I.M. Weasel (umm... it's kinda lame...)
3) Robot Jones (cute, but not my kind of animation)
4) Grimm and Evil (I sorta like this show, but I haven't seen enough eps to judge it)

The ones that I like
1. Ed, Edd, N Eddy- I'm starting to like the stupid funny type of comedy. Na dI like the squiggle vision as well.
2. Dexter's Laboratory- At least the old eps anyway, the newer ones are mediocre
3. Johnny Bravo-I still like the older ones better
4. Courage the Cowardly Dog-It's fun to watch; great animation
5. Powerpuff Girls- I like this show, but it's a tad overrated
6. Grimm and Evil- It's getting better anyway.
The ones I don't get
1. Sheep in the Big City- I know there are fans to this show, but I can't get into the humor
2. Robot Jones- It's okay. unique in animation style, however.
3. Time Squad- To me this show is boring and the jokes seemed to be forced.
4. Cow and Chicken/ I Am Weasel- I used to like this show, but now I find this show boring.
5. Mike, Lu, and Og- This show reminds me of a Nicktoon for some reason...

My favorites
1) Courage - Tons of humor, original characters, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like your at home in their house. They also know how to trigger fear. Some episodes are pure genius, like Freaky Fred, Snowman's revenge, The Curse of Shirley, and Courage vs. Mecha Courage.
2) Dexter - A show about science, comedy, and determination. It's one of the best, and like Courage, they're almost all genius. (I LOVE THE NEW ONES, PLEASE DONT KILL ME!)
3) PPG - It's just, well, good!
4)Ed Edd n Eddy - Very original, and it's funny too. Sometimes it feels like they're just running around doing nothing and it gets really boring, though.
I hate all of these equally:
Cow and Chicken - ren and stimpy copycat. only the red guy was funny.
I.M. Weasel - Not as bad as C and C, but not much better.
Johnny Bravo - The most unfunny show ever, they really thogh a girl punching Johnny was funny enough to put it in every episode.
Sheep - It has it's moments, but it's not that good.
Mike, Lu, and Og - NICK JUNIOR ALL THE WAY!
Time Squad - I hate this show, it's for 0 year olders!
Grim and Evil - The grim part is great, put the Evil Concarne part is so bad I really can't watch the show (especially the 2 part Evil ones)
Robot Jones - Worst one yet.

1. Ed, Edd n Eddy (Cranks and Edman said it all; it's just too perfect! - plus, I'm in love with the Eds, especially Eddy. The 3rd Season is my favorite Season of Ed, Edd n Eddy; Danny was right, but my top favorite episode so far, "Don't Rain On My Ed," is in Season 4, but Season 4's just starting; maybe I'll like it a lot. I also like how the show is set up; a cul-de-sac seems to be the perfect setting for a neighborhood suburbia, no extra characters which reduces names forgotten and hardly anyone seems to be left out, and the episodes have variety - while on the subject on epsiodes, I find their subtitles to be really clever; putting a phrase; sometimes a movie title, and replacing a word with "Ed" or "Eds" - to me, a very simple way of remembering the episode; subtitles in other shows makes it hard to remember)
2. Cow & Chicken (I don't really care if you people tend to hate its humor, but I find that it's quite funny)
3. Johnny Bravo (it's just so funny to see how Johnny persistantly persues after a woman a lot; as long as they're pretty, Johnny tries to get them)
4. I.M. Weasel (it's not as good as Cow & Chicken IMO, but some episodes are sometimes just as good, while others are still not so much)
5. Sheep In The Big City (mostly I like the theme song; which keeps it up in my favorites stats, but I admire how much General Specific cracks me up, like how he calls the Angry Scientist a Mad Scientist - LOL!)
6. Dexter's Lab. (unlike most of you, I like the newer ones a bit more than the classic ones; possibly because of how it's newer than just watching the older re-runs a lot; the only classic Dexter's Lab. episode was "Last But Not Beast" really, while the newer ones, I have a few more favorites)
7. Courage the Cowardly Dog (I like the variety of the challenges that Courage faces, but it's the re-runs that I keep seeing a lot that sometimes bug me; like "Little Muriel," I once saw it like 15 times in a short length, and it drove me nuts!)
8. Time Squad (the adventures through time seem fun, and it's funny how Buck, Otto, and Larry tend to stand being around each other with their very different personalities)
9. Grim & Evil (I used to like this next to the Eds, but during the long delay in their premieres, I lost interest in it gradually; now I pretty much just like the Grim episodes more than the Evil Con Carne ones)
10. Mike Lu, & Og (this show just doesn't seem to amuse me a bit; it makes me feel like I'm the one stranded on the island!)
11. The Powerpuff Girls (I still don't like the Powerpuffs; the storylines should change a bit instead of the same old "And the day is saved thanks to the Powerpuff Girls!," the character design should really change - eyes over half of the heads are too creepy for a cartoon IMO; this show I'd give a makeover - the only epsiode I like of the Powerpuff Girls is the Rowdyruff Boys one [the only thing that makes the Powerpuffs a higher stat than Robot Jones]; that one had more action and it makes you think "Did the Powerpuff lose?" - it gives twists in that episode, unlike the others I've seen, but I'm starting to think that the Powerpuffs are better than Robot Jones)
12. What Ever Happened To Robot Jones (I think Robot Jones would have been better off as a comic strip cartoon; that's how the style is, and it bugs me so much! Plus, I find the animation to be a tad dull; dark lines on nearly everything; it seems like there's either bad lighting or everything's dirty in the background. In this show, I have absolutly no favorite episode, giving it my lowest stat - I'm staring to think that even the Powerpuffs might be better!)

I'm so happy to see others like Cow and Chicken as much as I do! Awesome!
...Hmm...
01. Dexter's Laboratory (One of the best series - animated or not - of the ninties.)
02. Cow and Chicken (Underrated. Oh well... at least it's still on the air. Kind of.)
03. Courage The Cowardly Dog ("The things I do for love!")
04. Whatever Happened To Robot Jones? (Simply entertaining. Weird in the most awesome sense.)
05. Sheep In The Big City (Very hilarious in an off the wall way. I have no clue why I disliked it so much back then.)
06. The Powerpuff Girls (Entertaining, in an extreme sense. Especially the newer episodes. Perhaps a bit boring sometimes, though.)
07. I.M. Weasel (Definetly not as entertaining as Cow and Chicken... but amusing nonetheless.)
08. Johnny Bravo (Others say Courage is one-note.. why not this show? He goes around getting girls who beat him up in every episode. Well, at least in every episode I've seen. Above average nonetheless... the first season was very good.)
09. Ed Edd n Eddy (For some weird reason, I was always turned off by this show. Kind of dirty... bleh. I like the stories... they're somewhat entertaining.)
10. Time Squad (History bores me. So does this show.)
11. Grim & Evil (Worse than I used to think it was. It's just plain boring, and just another colorful mindless CC clone. Ugh.)
12. Mike Lu, & Og (Automatically falls for last place for one reason; it's a Nicktoon -- a bad nicktoon -- in disguise of a Cartoon Cartoon. Give me a break.)
#1. Ed Edd n Eddy - anyone who knows me knows this is my numero uno. This show just goes from strength to strength, so well drawn, coloured and animated, it never gets stale ^^
#2. Cow and Chicken - a few duff eps but on the whole there's always a scene in C&C's weirdness that has me laughing along with the Red Guy's supreme subversive asides. Cow is kind of irritating but I do love 'I can steer with ma eyeballs' Chicken
#3. Dexter's Laboratory - classic stuff ! Although some are just a little dark at times you can't beat the sibling rivalry, kitsch gadgets and all the other stuff already mentioned here that make this such a great show
#4. Courage The Cowardly Dog - I love this, I'm not familiar with all the shows yet so there's usually an ep cropping up that's new too me. Its just so kooky and downright weird!
#5. I.M. Weasel - this one has its funny moments, I prefer the ones where Weasel and Baboon are rivals as opposed to buddies. I love the way baboon says 'weasel' too
#6. The Powerpuff Girls - I didn't like this very much at all initially but its grown on me over time.
#7. Johnny Bravo - Johnny sort of lost his way, he started off quite promising but the animation on the second series was pretty appalling and the whole thing looked so rushed. It too has its moments but on the whole its nots too hot. I do like his Mom's dress sense though ^^
#8. Sheep In The Big City - I probably haven't given this one a fair cracxk of the whip but every time I start out watching it I end up getting bored and switching channels. maybe it needs the cumulative effect to be appreciated?
#9. Mike Lu, & Og - this one is now shown at odd times, perhaps 'cos it didn''t do as well as expected. I loathed the character of Mike, just wanted to slap her!

Whatever Happened To Robot Jones / Time Squad / Grim & Evil haven't shown here (premiering soon so its a case of no judgement no comment) ;)

My top three are:
1) "Whatever Happened to Robot Jones" (A perfect parody of all things 80's.)
2) "Johnny Bravo" (It got funnier once I got older.)
3) "Sheep in the Big City" (This one is just too strange to comment on.)
The others are alright, but not great.
Haven't Seen: Mike Lu, & Og, Time Squad
And yes, I agree. If "Lowbrow" was a series, it would be on top of the list.

1. Courage. I'm surprised so many people hate the show or find it boring and repetitive... every time I watch it, I catch COUNTLESS homages to little-known classic movies, novels, artists, all sorts of things. The villains are always brilliantly written... there hasn't been a single courage bad guy that I didn't find creepy and cool. I esspecially love the small brain alien, Fred, Shwick the cockroach, the Jeeves Weevil, the Queen of the black puddle, Doctor Kalost, Doc Gerbil... blah blah blah blah blah blah. Best show next to zim, period. And it's not supposed to be laugh out loud funny, it's just supposed to be "neat", so calling it unfunny is very poor critiqueing :P
2. Grim & Evil. Not written well, but I love the grim reaper. I don't mean just this grim reaper, but the grim reaper period. I have always been fascinated by all anthropomorphic manifestations of death from the ones in early century paintings to Bill & Ted and Discworld :P Grim & Evil's reaper ranks high on my favorite versions of him! Evil con carne though, needs some tweaking. I don't like the design for evil too much... the bear doesn't seem to have any point anymore. Be more interesting if he was JUST a big brain (then he could be better drawn and not always look like a kidney or a cashew nut) or if they gave him a different body every episode.
3. Powerpuff girls.
I just love the villains to death.
4. Whatever happened to robot jones.
I just like the whole thing.
5. Cow & Chicken.
One of the few that looked and felt different from all the other ones.
6. I. M. Weasel.
Yes, I actually liked this.
7. Ed Edd & Eddy
I hated it at first, but it grew on me. I can easily understand other people not getting it since I didn't at first. It's unique in extremely subtle ways that take a while to notice.
7. Johnny bravo.
Lost a lot as it went on. The two original shorts were the best and it was steadily downhill from there...
8. Dexter's Lab.
Ditto. I loved it when it was new but then they switched to having super cheap animation and the writing went with it. Too many episodes had utterly pointless (in an unamusing way) plots that didn't end right at all. Theres still been some good ones though. I really liked Ego trip too.
9. Time Squad.
I like the animation a great deal, I like Larry (the innuendos about him are hysterical) and some episodes were terrific, but it's just too similar to Mr.Peabody. With Otto looking exactly like sherman, it seems to me like the creator originally wanted to DO Mr.Peabody and just couldn't earn the rights to it. So he replaced the dog with a robot and a texan.
10. Sheep in the big city.
I actually like general specific. I think he's cool. Everything else is just, blah. The #1 problem, actually, the ONLY problem, but glaring enough to ruin the whole show, is the timing. Every joke is a novel idea HAMMERED into the ground. It tries to be quirky and crazy like "Freakazoid" and similar style shows but the humor comes out way too forced and there is no subtlety whatsoever. Timing, timing, timing...
11. Mike Lu and Og
..........no comment.

2.Ed Edd 'n Eddy (I used to not like it but it grew on me and i just dont get tired of it.)
3.Cow & Chicken (How i love cow and chicken....)
4.Dexter's Laboratory (Who doesnt love Dexter?)
5.Johnny Bravo (Johnny rocks... he's just so macho-stereo typical)
6.Courage The Cowardly Dog (has some great episodes some suck... i wish they'd do some cgi ones.)
7.Mike Lu & Og (It's entertaining to me i dont see why people hate it.)
8.Grim & Evil (ive only seen 2 episodes cuz every time i tune in they rerun the same 2.)
9.Whatever Happened Robot Jones? (i dont like the animation.)
10.Sheep In The Big City (ZzZzZz...)

Believe it or not, but I like the newer Johnny Bravos better!
Yes! I'm not the only one! :D I got my reasons in my list, which I'm getting to now.
1. Ed, Edd, n Eddy - one reason: Double D! Okay, so that's not the only one :p I like the other two pretty much just as much. I don't know what it is about this show that appeals to me, but I like it. ALOT.
2. Powerpuff Girls - Is it me or do a bunch of the people with EEnE at #1 have PPG as #2 or 3? Odd, huh? Anyway, this one is a refreshing change from a bunch of the "males are superior" stuff out there. Plus, Buttercup just kicks butt, in more ways than one :p
2.5. Samurai Jack - Not a "Cartoon Cartoon", but he deserves to be mentioned. This is just the most breathtaking cartoon I have ever seen.
3. Dexter's Laboratory - Right up there with PPG. As stated in the thread's second post there's the accent, the egotism, the "greatest works completed", the parodies...I could go on!
4. Courage the Cowardly Dog - So he's high up in my list. I like things that feature animals. And purple. And supernatural things. Courage has all that and more.
5. Johnny Bravo - As I stated earlier, I like the newer episodes better. I like the new look of the characters, and the additions of some new cast members. Storylines are good, too, in my opinion. The older episodes are okay, but I'm a fan of more crisp animation. This is also why I like the newer eps of Home Movies and EEnE better. The animation is clearer, more defined. Same with the new seasons of JB.
6. Time Squad - Making it higher on my list than it did on most others are the ones that enforce the past to protect our future. Like with EEnE, I don't know why I like this cartoon, I just do. The humor, I guess. And who doesn't love seeing Eli Whitney's flesh-eater robots, or Blackbeard running a panda reserve? :p ^^;
7. Grim and Evil - I made "Grim" bold because that's the only thing I like about GnE. Evil Con Carne didn't hit it off with me, but The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy was an instant fav, starting back when it was nothing more than a Premiere Premiere. And you can't beat Death with a jamaican accent! :D
8. Whatever Happened to Robot Jones? - I'm a mecha fan. Plain and simple. And despite turning 18 on Oct. 2, I grew up with cartoons that were drawn like that. Great bit of nostalgia, and for some reason I like the fact that a computer does Jones' voice ^^;;
9. Sheep in the Big City - Occasionally hits my funny bone, but other than that it gets tired. I don't like it, but I don't hate it.
10. Mike, Lu, and Og - See above.
11. I.M. Weasel - I like this only slightly better than Cow and Chicken. Not quite as crude, I suppose. Well, not where Weasel was concerned anyway...
12. Cow and Chicken - Erm....oO;...--;;....no comment.

1. Courage the Cowardly Dog- this show has nothing else like it, pure genius! Scooby Doo take a hike, your not even close!
2. Powerpuff Girls- The characters are written well.
3.Dexter- Dee Dee is the highlight of this show.
4. Johnny Bravo- Good, until Carl trashed the show.
5. Ed,Edd, & Eddy- Can be repeative, other wise good
6. Mike,Lu, and Og- ok, natives in a cartoon is sorta cool.
7. Time Squad- Too much like Dexter, hated characters they all seemed like they were copyed from somewhere else. Otto was like Dexter, Larry 3000 was like Darwin (Wild Thornberries), and the other guy like some Spumco cartoon.
8. Sheep In The Big City- I liked the parts when they just showed Sheep. The Commander was stupid.
9. Grim & Evil- nothing great, Rocky & Bullwinkle copied although not as good as it is.
10. I Am Weasel- ok, Babboon was dumb.
11.Cow & Chicken- One of the worst, Cow is dumb.
12. Robot Jones- Badly drawn, annoying robot voice.
13. Kids Next Door- Childish,Stupid,Awful!
