Has anyone heard anything about it. Who made it, and what's the feel of the show comedy, action, drama what?

What's Sealab like? I'm not sure, but it's being made by Williams Street (the guys behind Space Ghost: Coast to Coast), so I'm sure the answer will, at least in part, be: odd.

I read a review of all the adult swim show somewere (dang can't remember were) and if I recall all the characters go insane underwater in the sealab. The one adult swim show I am looking foward to is the one were Birdman comes back as a lawyer and defends old cartoons.

I heard that Sealab cartoon would be called "Sealab 2021" and would use profane language.

The new Sealab 2021 played on CN last year or early this year, I think. It was put on the scedule as "Special Programming" very early in the morning. It had the Sealab characters from the original show, only they swear. They also had a cartoon with some french fries and soft drinks after it. I was tired, so i didn't pay much attention to it...

That's all I remember.

Didn't Hanna-Barbera make some "Sealab" cartoon when networks were forced by the FCC to air educational cartoons in the 1970's? (they also made some Yogi-Bear show where he fights pollution, NOT managing the Mets.)

H-B will be first to admit that the educational/cultural cartoons of the 1970's were plain garbage.

Truly a dark age in animation.

Slight spoilers

I managed to see Sealab during both of those Special Programming nights. It is very similar to Space Ghost as far as the sense of humor goes. There is dirty language, the crew plays tricks on each other (one guy goes crazy when someone else takes his EasyBake Oven), they have a Seinfeld-like discussion on whether they would like to have their brains put into robots (one guy says he would like to be an Adrienne Barbeau-bot)...and the base has a nasty habit of exploding. I have a feeling this will be a running gag in each episode, kind of like Kenny dying in South Park. Both of the episodes I saw had the base explode.

Eric Estrada of CHiPS fame does one of the voices. Moltar must be jumping with glee.

Yup, HB did a cartoon called Sealab 2020, this is a parody of that in the same vein as Space Ghost Coast to Coast. Note that this is Sealab 2021, I try to use the right year to refer to each to avoid confusion. I hear the original wasn't too good, but haven't seen it.

I saw one episode of the original Sealab 2020. I am sure that is ten times as good as the new ripoff.
