Yeah, the words were SUPPOSSED to be bleeped out. That was the joke--the FCC got censored. :D
Oh, and you shouldn't ask about downloading episodes here. It's not allowed. ;)

Sometimes things are funnier when they are bleeped. Straight curse words are not funny.

Yeah, I remember the radio version of Adam Sandler's "Piece of Sh*t Car" was so much better than the CD because everything was bleeped with car horns... oops, a little off-topic wasn't I... sorry.

I wonder if the FCC has anything to say about that. :p

thank you for making a statement instead of asking a question. and yes that was point of the joke. and incase you mean songs or sound bytews from the show... i think you shouldcheck out the Adult swim fansight. i'm pretty sure they have some stuff there. but dont go downloading episodes, thats illegal and bad.

It is funny when it's bleeped. I remember when it aired as a stealth pilot i was laughin. my butt off when i heard a bleep.
That was the joke--the FCC got censored
Or in a sense they censored themselves.

The Sandler song is "Ode to My Car", and I've got an uncut version on CD (I've also got both the edited and unedited versions of "Steve Polychronopolus", which just dubs in inoffensive words in place of the cussing).
Feeling inspired, I once took a recording of "The Roof is on Fire" and spliced in funny sound effects every time the singer uttered the F-bomb--belches, farts, toilet flushes, boings, explosions, etc. They should do that everywhere--bleeps get boring. Look at Monty Python's "I Bet You They Won't Play That Song on the Radio"--it's funny because the four-letter words are censored in novel ways.

Nitrowax, two things. One, stay on topic, PLEASE. And don't make threads with no meaning to them, you can get banned for that. It's called spamming.
Also, try using spellcheck if your spelling is that bad...

Duuude, you need to chill. You've been riding everyone (especially noobs) for every litle thing. Let it go, man.
Well, considering how many off-topic threads have been closed lately, I'm trying to get people to stay on-topic before a good discussion is cut short by the mods.

The best bleeped song? Monty Python's "I Bet You They Won't Play This Song on the Radio."
I'm sorry, was that off topic?
Unless that song was played in the Radio Free episode, or some other AS show, then yes it was off-topic (and I know for a fact that the song wasn't on any AS show). Besides, if you had read the posts here already, you'd know that Dr. Belch already brought up this song. Ugh, this thread needs closing.
