I would say Kat Cressida. She stole the show, and is the classic Dee Dee IMO.

Both women are very talented but I prefer Kat Cressida. Her voice is cuter and slightly less annoying. I was dissapointed when I realized Kat wasn't coming back for season 3 :( .

Allison Moore's was more realistic and down-to-earth, but let's face it, that doesn't fit Deedee's character.(Plus, Kat Cressida's the only one who can do that "Deedee laugh".)I'm still not able to get used to her returning.
