Good stuff. Reminded me of Samurai Jack, but with blood and a more promising storyline :D
That being said, check out http://homestarrunner.com for a flash cartoon for ASC.

A special on AS with various Flash shorts would be a good idea, except that they'd run into copyright problems with most of the animutations I'd want to see on there.
They could probably show Lobster Magnet (http://www.512productions.com/lobstermagnet/), though.

I'd like to see theHappy Tree Friends (http://tv.lycos.com/include/tv/content/ent/animation_content.asp?c=htf%5Fhide%5F24k%2Eswf&s=animation&g=%23Mondo+Mini&al=) maybe as an inbetweener during comercial breaks like Captain Linger.
If you need to you can change the setting while you view it by changed the Flash @ 300k in the upper right corner when you choose a cartoon. You may also get some runtime errors after picking an ep, just select "No" to get around it.

One problem is that stuff like Homestar Runner doesn't use a resolution that would fit on a tv (like 320x240 or 640x480).
I'm sure CN's computers can stretch the image to fit the screen but then the characters would all look.. fatty.

The great thing about Flash is it can be resized rather easily without pixelation (if using all vector objects).
HomestarRunner can be stretched to the correct size without Bad Things happening.
Other Flash stuff with weird aspect ratios would be dealt with...weirdly.

Perhaps some things just deserve a widescreen format...

-Big Ben Yeah it's Adult swim we're talking about, not middle of the afternoon kids will whine and complain that there are "black bar cuttingo ff the picture" I'm sure people who watch Adult swim can handle it.... unless they're Joe Sixpack, in which case they're completely hopeless to begin with :p

Oh, yes. Stuff like "Ninjai" as between-show filler would be excellent! :) (Always presuming they would be able to show it uncut/unedited.)
And yes, well-made shows do deserve wide-screen format - I'd much rather deal with the minor annoyance of two black stripes on my t.v. screen than lose the opportunity of viewing quality programming!
(Anyway, if you're interested in all of these well-written programs with detailed artwork and excellent soundtracks - we're not talking Pilot Candidate here - you're already a member of the cultural elite, right? :D Those types should have no problem with wide-screen format - and they should only carry six-packs of very high quality brew! :D )

I can't think of any good flash animations that would work w/ ASA, but I can think of some that would w/ ASC.
Well here's what I'd like to see:
#1) Bill & Ted - Former show on Romp.com that revolved around the lives of politicians Bill Clinton and Ted Kennedy as they smoke weed, get drunk, play Tony Hawk Pro-Skater, and mix it up w/ the political scene. Great show!
#2) T.V. Interactive - Another wonderful former show done by Romp.com. An adaptation of this show's wild brand of humor would be great. Yep, a T.V. channel w/ an acid using hippie scientist (Psychodellic Bob), cooking w/ human body parts, a radical home-shopping network, fake-healers, a sex-talk show, and much more.
Romp.com eliminated all of its shows except Booty Call after announcing a BC "movie". Yea... That's going to go over so well -- Not.
#3) Mr. T Shot Tupac - Not a series, but nonetheless, it would be cool to see the two episodes on ASC. The story ultimatley reveals that at a celebrity house party, Ronald Regan and Bill Clinton secretly plotted to steal Mr. T's cheetohs and blame it on Tupac. Along the way, T meets several celebrities, busts on them, and eventually ends up shooting Tupac. This series was a joint project between Slit Finger Production's creator, Brian Beaton, and Bentframe.
Beaton evidently underwent some hard times. My guess is drug use. It came to the point where he was flaming fans, and making senseless posts on his website. It eventually fell into disrepair and he ripped most of his good content off of it.
#4) Mr. Wong - IceBox.com's Mr. Wong was another one of those great shows that would be perfect for ASC. Most people know the story behind IceBox. Mr. Wong caused legal trouble w/ Asian right's groups and IceBox went under. It's returned again though and w/ Mr. Wong, but it's now a pay-to-view website.
