I just realized theres an adult swim shop section on cartoonnetwork.com with an esaflowne figure seat, but Escaflowne isn't on AS....

hmm... now that's interesting. it either means that Escaflowne may at some point come to Adult Swim, but CN/WS doesn't want to make a big announcement yet, or the only way to the Big O Collector Set (again, why is that toy in the AS section?) and Outlaw Star Collector Set, was to also purchase the Escaflowne Collector Set.

But this also sparks another question: why don't they have the Cowboy Bebop Collector Set or the Pilot Candidate Collector Set? Did they sell out of them or something?

I just found out that the Pilot Candidate and Cowbop Bebop sets are the second series (along with a model of Big Duo) of these Bandai Collector Sets. Maybe CN bought all the first series stuff so that people might buy a complete set at CN. Only CN knows why I guess. Maybe they also know why someone would want a Pilot Candidate toy.
