From my rudimentary knowledge of Don Foster's long career at Warner Bros., and at MGM... The general answer would be yes! Don Foster lettered and designed the TITLE CARDS for each WB cartoon till the 1963 shutdown. Since this was a fairly small job, averaging 30-40 per YEAR then he had plenty of extra time to work on drawing and lettering the 60-80 LOBBY CARDS each season. We can pretty much figure that the directors provided him with model-sheets for each film and guidance when necessary.

(Now please DON'T ask me if he was kin to Warren Foster ;))
