Sweet, Sweet FREE Candy!

Today was a great day. We have a candy machine in our Band Room at school, and I was walking into Symphony Band when I saw about 5 people crowding around it. Turns out it was giving out free candy! We cleaned it out by the end of the hour. I got 2 Snickers bars, a Crunch, a pack of Reeses' Cups, and several bags of Chewy Runts (I didn't eat them all yet). Since we've got so many high school students here, I wanted to know: Has this ever happened to anyone else?

This was a very good day, indeed. As some of you may know, Evil Dr. Reef and I go to the same school, and both of us are in band. I got some Twizzlers, Snickers Crunch, and Hersheys Bars with almonds. For free! Sweet sweet candy!

It happened to me and my friend my senior year of high school, albeit with a bottled water machine. My friend put in a dollar, and I read a sign on the machine "Machine will not dispense free product." out loud. and Lo and behold! he got a free bottle of water. we did it once more, and got four!

Here's a trick:

The vending machines at my school are so stupid that if u keep pressing the buttons before the money count goes down, all the ones u pressed will start turning and they can't stop! A whole sack of Ice Cream for $1.50!!!!!!?????? It's possible at my school!

With all the people gathered around it, chanting and excited, and being granted miracles of confectionary treats, I think the machine now qualifies as a diety and now has it's own government-recognized, tax-exempt religion.

Sometimes when I go to get something out of the vending machines at my school, the vending machine guy is there refilling them, and he'll usually give me the stuff for free :D !

Our machines usually give out free pop and juice, One time I got Two Cranberry Apple juices for the price of one. 2 days ago A girl got 2 fruit punches right in front of me.

And like a month ago, the guy who stocks the juices forgot to lock the door and my friend swung the door open and completely cleaned out the machine with help of half the student body.
