This is a tough call- so many strong contenders for the title!

But I've decided it's the Mayor of Townsville. The incident which puts him over the top was when he granted a full pardon to Mojo Jojo and sent him to babysit the PPGs.

It's true that the mayor has done some pretty dumb things. He doesn't even know how to run a city and yet he's still the mayor and the people still voted for him. Who would be dumber, though, the mayor or the people for voting for him? :rolleyes:

He does things without even thinking a lot of the time. There have been many instances where he's assaulted famous people from history for absolutely no reason at all. He also beat up a tree in the first episode. He didn't even seem to realize it was a tree until Larry told him.

That sounds pretty dumb to me. Well I dunno, Tudrussel act's incredably stupid sometimes, and other times he acts...less stupid.

He's not as dumb as the mayor though...but then again, who IS?
