Well, I think it's pretty much safe to say Marvel is getting more attention these days and putting out several noteworthy comics, while DC seems to be sticking to it's guns, but they just aren't getting the top talent Marvel is attracting and therefore their books are suffering.
What should DC do to give itself a shot in the arm? I personally don't expect the Batman 10¢ Adventures to be it's savior. And I don't think they will go the Marvel route and bring in all this new talent that's been more well known for their work on independent comics. I honestly don't know what they could do to revive their tired titles, but they need to do something.
