Since it's been about a bazillion years since Cartoon Theatre last aired this movie, I figured I would point this out to the CDD fans.
CN.com's schedule updated the Cartoon Theatre showings for June, and Cats Don't Dance is listed for June 27th.
I figured I'd mention it because otherwise I'm sure people would miss it. Seriously, when was the last time it aired? 2 years ago? Anyway, just keeping you in the know.

Actually I just saw it on Disney a couple of months ago, or was that HBO I'm not sure right now, but Disney did have the broadcast righrs to it, but I guess they finally reverted back to the WB. no wonder they were showing it one last time to milk it for what its worth :p

Woop. No wonder. This is actually a premiere on CN. I thought it aired on CN before. Oh well.

I thought they'd never show this movie. I found it strange that the Disney Channel had the rights to a WB animated feature. Now, CN need only get the rights to "The Secret of N.I.M.H." and the circle will be complete.

Hmm, maybe the DVD will be released within a week or two of the movie showing considering it doesn't have a release date yet.

Ah, this was a great movie that got lost in the crush. A completely faithful tribute to classic Hollywood musicals of the 40s, complete with an evil version of Shirley Temple. I've got to find this on DVD...
That seems to fit better on CN than the disney channel.
