Yes it's a fake Newspaper that can be found on News Stands.. they want 2.50 for it but every store i go to just let's it go for free. I tried paying for it once and the girl was like " That's Free Isn't it ?" I was like uh yeah... and just left. Now I grab one on my way out every other week.
