hey all! new to the boards

greetings all,

I thought I would introduce myself to the boards been lurking awhile.
I posted a few times but I thought I would say hello.
I also have a question there was a post not too long that had Avatars on them . it told what Avatars were in use and which werent in use and you would click on the Avatar you wanted to use and it let you pm somebody here to tell them to reserve it for you. anybody have the link I went through almost all the boards that mentions Avatars but couldnt find the link.
I came here through a link from the Cartoon network Experience i think its what it was called and lurked awhile and decided to take the plunge and post

About the avatars... hmm... I think I know which thread you're talking about - it was in the Toonami forums, I believe, but it's pretty old, so you'd have to do a lot of digging through the archives to find it. If I come across it, I'll let you know, but in the meantime, it might be easier just to ask one of our expert avatar makers to make one for you. (I'd recommend Bird Boy, Vincent Benenati, or Calhoun - hope they don't mind! :p) Just send one of them a PM (or heck, you can send me one if you like, I make avatars too!) and tell them what you'd like.

Welcome to the boards ToonamiFanatic. I'm the Dark Spider, THE nicest person you will find here. I'm also a rabid Kiyone fan... and her husband, as you can tell from the avatar, signature, and custom title. I frequent the Toonami boards ALOT so I'll be looking forward to seeing you there.

As for the avatar thread, it was one of the first ones created when the Toonami board first started in January and is pretty old. You can easily find it by going to the Toonami board, and then clicking "views" on that black bar at the top of the thread list. It will then change the order of the threads listed from defaut view ("the ones with the most recent replies") to "the ones with the most views". Since the avatar thread had a pretty large number of views it will be near the top of the list and easily accesible.

I wouldn't recommend posting in it because you will "revive" it, which means it will go to the front page under the default view. Alot of people don't like seeing old threads like that (especially TylerL, a mod there) and will tell you so. So just PM one of the guys mentioned in the previous post and see what you can do from there.
