This comic happens to be made by a guy who regs at the same "palace" chat that I go too.He put a screenshot of me from palace on the front page even
(I`m called "evil the moth"...as you can see palace is a chat program that lets you wear avatars and talk in bubbles...I mentioned it once before)
Anyway,hes not really a friend of mine,just someone who happens to go to the same chat...but I like the comic.His sense of humor can be a little low-brow but his art and character design is nice.
The comic is about a society of mutants and ghouls living in the sewers...its actually a comedy.
