Seriously, does anyone else see those strange little black dots on the thread-signs? I think they're supposed to represent threads that the current member has posted in. Right or wrong?

Well, you might want to visit your friendly neighborhood eye doctor and tell him of this strange phenomenon...
Actually, I think the black dots indicate that you were the last person to reply to the tread... but that's just my unintelligible guess, who knows if I'm right, wrong, indifferent, or institutionalized...

"I see dead people"
I noticed this as well. Let's ask the mods what's up they'll know.

The dot means that you've posted in that thread. Now that the server has more memory, I'm thinking of turning on some of the features that I turned off back when the board was installed.

That would work, except there's a black spot on the thread about naming the cat, but I wasn't the last person to reply to that. I think it does represent thread that you participated in.

The spell checker was removed by the company that makes the board. Apparently the spell checking service (spellchecker.net) is going to start charging a fee, so they took it out of the board software.
Aw nutbunnies, I really liked the spellchecker....
