*points to the thread's title* I think that's supposed to be a 3/16, not 2/16. :)

The typo did catch my eye.. 'cos that's my birthday! ^^;; And I'm pretty sure that I've been 18 for a good month now. Mess not with my mind, foul typo demons!
Anyway, on with the reviews!
Yu-Yu Hakusho: I'm enjoying this series more and more as time passes. The interaction between Yuske and Botan is priceless, and the investigator was an interesting surprise. Lots of emotion and great personal interaction, and a really nice surprise at the end. Plus, I've made one of the quotes part of my .sig now. :D
Cowboy Bebop: One of my favorite episodes! Not only is it the introduction to Ein, but it features the first time we see "Big Shots." If you're a fan, or just getting started, this is a must-see! Oh, and if you've seen the episode Brain Scratch, pay attention to tonight's show. If you missed it the first time, there's a pretty good explanation of what happened in that episode, and how I got my title on the left. ;)
Pilot Candidate: All I can say is: It's about damn time! Finally, we get something of a plot, and story explanation. I really don't like Zero (and Clay's comment is yet another addition to my .sig tonight!). He's one of those destined-to-be-hero types, with his lack of 'atomic damage' or whatever it was, and strange powers. At least we have more of a story now, and some explanation for what's going on in Goa. Now, if they'd just tell us what the hell this Victim is...
Gundam 0083: Would someone please kick Lt. Mancha's ass? :wakko:
*ahem* Anyway... not a bad ep, but not as strong as the prior ones. A lot of tension that doesn't seem to fit in, really... and it's all coming from Mancha. Yeesh. This felt somewhat like a filler episode, though the hidden diamond mine base was a neat touch. And it's not .sig worthy, but the "Gotta go! I really gotta go!" was kinda funny.

Yu Yu Hakusho: I liked last weeks better, but that by no means that I did not like this weeks episode. It would of been better if he didn't have the second chance and see where it went from there, but I'm ok with it. I guess we will find out who causes the fire later so as thumbs up all the way. One thing: What does Yu Yu Hakusho mean anyway?? Overall grade: B+
Cowboy Bebop: This show is starting to grow on me. The humor and action seems to fit in just right (Big Shot for Bounty Hunters, LOL). What a ride. Two questions: Why was the dog in the suitcase? Why were the two people in the garbage truck chasing the dog?? Is this stuff answered in another episode?? Overall grade: I will give my grade once I get the answers to those questions.

Yu Yu Hakusho:
I was really skeptical of this show at first, but I like where it's going.
It's a little childish, but I'm not complaining. The relationship between
the hero and Kuwabara is one you'd expect to see in a yaoi fan-fic.
It's got a dating-sim-game plot, and I like where it's headed. I got
a couple post-Pokemon worries upon this " beast breeding " thing, but
that ended up okay.
Cowboy Bebop:
Bebop has been a longtime favorite show of mine, and this has been one
of my favorite episodes. The Tokyo feel of Mars is very cool, since I'm a fan
of big cities, and the class of characters in this episode are very nift. ^ ^
I'm not reviewing Pilot Candidate or Gundam, considering, well, I hate them..
More for Outlaw Star, Tenchi, Superman and Batman.

It's answered at the end of the episode, during the 'Big Shots' broadcast. Apparently, a science lab was performing an illegal experiment, where they were attempting to engineer animals who could be used to hack into secure computer systems. They called them 'Data Dogs'. The scientists (the people in the truck) were arrested. Ein (the dog in the briefcase) was one of the lab animals, the one that Hakim stole.
It really doesn't come up again until Brain Scratch, but it plays an important part in that episode that most people didn't even figure out. Mainly because of the big gap between this one and that.

Ok, then I give Cowboy Bebop Episode 2 a B+.
Pilot Candidate: I now know what the show is missing: Unique characters. Except for Zero (or whatever his name is ) and the teacher guy, everyone else acts the same. Yu Yu Hakusho and Gundam 0083 have different traits that make each person enjoyable to watch. In Pilot Candidate, that's not found.
Anyway, some of the training stuff was cool. All this stuff should of happened on Episode 2 and 3. Some stuff actually happened here (although I'm not into the story that much) so my grade is a little higher this week. Overall grade: C
Gundam 0083: It was nice to see this Z-on group actually fight. Not a bad episode at all. The two people who faced off last week worked together and paid the price (the one group getting away). Looking forward to next week. Overall grade: B

Mwhahaha, all fear me and my oddly semi-coherant opinions and many, many typos!
YYH-Great! I loved the little girl's line "Uh, I think the house is on fire." It was great to see Yuske being human, and next episode will be lots of fun. Oh, and the mother is so funny. A
CB-So so. I'm not really fond of this episode for it's rather slow pace. C+
PC-The best yet, and that's saying something. I love Pilot Candidate, because it's a fun show. This episode featured more plot, not to mention some of it's own fun little moments. A dance test to pilot mecha? Too good.
A+
G003-A change of pace from PC while still being Mecha. Politics abound, a good episode to say the least. B+

Outlaw Star: I haven't followed it close enough so I am confused a little bit. What was the purpose of the girl found in the suitcase in Episode 1? How was she able to be in the water and communicate in this episode?? Why did the other woman leave the ship?? Other than that, no problems really. Good solid show. Overall grade: B
Sheamon

Melfina's sole purpose is to navigate the XGP so it can reach the Galactic Leyline. More of this will be explained as the series goes on; all you have to know now is that thats her special purpose in life/the show. As for Hilda leaving the ship, it was to fight back against the attacking pirates and to defend the XGP.
As for my review;
Yu Yu Hakusho: The animation seemed to be a little rushed this week unfortunately. No worries, it seemed to be at its usual level in the preview for next week's ep. A rather dull and uneventful episode until the end where it redeemed itself. Althought its becoming more and more clear that this show shouldn't be on an 'adult' block, its growing on me.
Grade: B-
Cowboy Bebop: This is one of my least favorites in the series. I'm not a big fan of dogs (I'm a cat person) so I think its pretty easy to figure out why ^_^ While the plot is one of the worser ones in the show, the music, animation and dub were as good as usual. A low grade for Bebop, but compared with everything else still pretty good :P
Grade: B+
Pilot Candidate: More crap as usual. The music simply doesn't fit. The dub continues to astound me with its mediocrity. Every time the show tries to get serious Zero acts like a complete idiot and ruins everything. The only redeemable quality about the show is the kick ass designs of the Ingrids.
Grade: D
Gundam 0083: Like YYH, an episode that started off rather lousy but improved itself over the course of the episode. Liking the dub and the music of this show very much. Looks like things are kicking into high gear next week ^_^
Grade: B
Outlaw Star: One of my favorite episodes in the series. Quite eventful; good fights; excellent use of music, I really like the music when they first find the XGP; sets up the rest of the show nicely for the most part, sets up the MacDougals as the villains on 2 counts - the death of Hilda and the possibility that they killed Gene's dad; and contains arguably the biggest plot twist in the series with the previously mentioned death. While Hilda's death adds to the experience greatly, it unfortunately prevents the show from reaching a higher level that it could have reached if she was kept alive. Only a few select episodes (15, 20) are better than the first 4.
Grade: A
Tenchi Muyo: I love the scene in the hot springs between Ayeka and Ryoko, although I've never cared that much for Mihoshi. Don't have much else to say.
Grade: B
A let down from last week's eps on half the shows (YYH, CB, Tenchi) and somewhat of an upgrade on the others. An average week for the block, next week's seems to be shaping up to be a very good one though. :)
Grade for the Night: B.

Adult Swim Review(3/16/2002)
Yu-Yu Hakusho(Requirements for Lovers):
This was kind of a funny episode. With Yuske still going through his ordeal, an investigator
is sent to see how Yuske is going. While the investigator is investigating Yuske and his relationship with Keiko, with humorous results... a fire breaks out and Yuske's body is in danger of being destroyed before he can get back into it. Unfortunally, he had to sacrifice his chance to save himself to save Keiko. This is still a funny episode, until the action heats up(bad pun... I know). It did have everything, action, drama, romance... a nice balanced episode. While the episode name kinda threw me off as a cheezy episode, it was still exciting to say the least.
Score: 9
Cowboy Bebop(Stray Dog Strut):
This is just one episode I just couldn't get into. It like Asteroid Blues, is just an episode that continues to explain Jet and Spike. It features the guys looking for a bounty who kidnapped a lab dog. This episode just goes along to have the guys chase down the dog napper through out the episode... nothing vital to the plot but it introduces Ein the dog and Big Shot and delivers plenty of action... but other then that... don't look for anything else.
Score: 7
Pilot Candidate(Self Awareness):
Wow... this series just continues scream Toonami from its pale, annoying plot to its absolutly cheezy opening to its even cheezer ending. Better yet... Kids WB should have gotten this. Having that Y7 in the corner doesn't make things better. Well, anyway... our fun candidates are sworn in and undergo training now. Geez... I can't wait for an actual thing.... like oh.. PLOT! At least a plot that extends beyond the fact that 5 mechs defend the last planet in space. Well... the candidates just end up training and go through a normal day.
Score: 6
Gundam 0083(Attack and Retreat on the Burning Sand):
This episode gave us some action to make up for last weeks lack of action. This episode takes us with the Albion to search for the missing Unit 2 Gundam. This shows the rivalry of the pilots and the comradery between the Zeon. Believe me... nothing is better then the action... especilally when its a mobile suit battle. This episode where things are just getting started. While the episode had the funny dub with the pilot having to get to the bathroom. There isn't much to be said about this episode... it is what Mobile Suit Gundam is all about.
Score: 10
Outlaw Star(When the Hot Ice Melts):
This episode of Outlaw Star is one of my favorites but is one of the saddest. Gene and the gang finally find the ship known as the XGP15A2. But just as things are going well... the pirates come out and try to spoil the party. This is kind of a hard episode to review due to the amount of spoliers that are in this episode but this is one with action and drama. If you are just getting into Outlaw Star now and missed it on its runs on Toonami... this is a great episode to watch and is a episode that brings the polt to its true starting point not that the other episodes set the tone for the entire series.
Toonami Score: 10
Adult Swim Score: 6
Tenchi Myuo(Mihoshi Falls to the Land of the Stars):
This is where the plot starts to thicken. Here we are introduced to Mihoshi, the air headed Galaxy Police detective in search of the violent space criminal Kagato. And of course... this all crosses paths with Tenchi and company. This episode is just a prelude episode for the real action. Of course this IS the infamous episode that started the "digital bikini" trend we see in anime from Tenchi Muyo to Outlaw Star and on to Dragonball. This is kind of a funny episode that doesn't have much in the way of action but just wait until next week... then you'll see some action.
Toonami Score: 7
Adult Swim Score: 4
No more overall line up scores from me... we know the line up rocks and its only going to get better so why rate the line up. =p
To respond to the OLS question form Turner... The girl in the suitcase(Melfina) is the fact that she is the navigation system of the XGP15A2(Outlaw Star), she is a bio-andriod and a part of the ships systems. The other question is going into a spoiler black out b/c it is kind of a spoiler.
The reason Hilda left the other ship(Horus) was to save her own skin and board the Outlaw Star. In the end she had to sacrifice herself to save Gene, and the Outlaw Star's crew.

YYH: a very good episode, but the dub is definitely not, Sayaka shoulda sounded like a little girl, yet she sounded even more mature than Botan, not trying to complain but same goes to Koema, he sounded like a freak instead of a kid! The only good dub is Yuseke's, which sounded really good! Does anyone think short hair Keiko looks better? :D

Thanks to everyone who answered my questions.
Tenchi: This was really good. There are starting to be too many characters though. Episode 1 was so good, and this one joins it (the others were just good). Quick question: The whole sequence where Tenchi and the women are in the water, was there an edit to block out nudity?? I had the feeling that there was nudity, yet they had suits on. Am I right or wrong?? Overall grade: B+
One last question: Why do so many anime girls (at least so far) look so hot?? Sometimes I just look at some of the women in awe. It's almost hypnotic.
Summary:
Yu Yu and Cowboy Bebop were the best shows of the night, Gundam and Outlaw Star were pretty good, and Tenchi left me with a smile at the end.
Pilot Candidate wasn't great, but it was better than the usual ones so overall grade for tonight: A-

Yes, there was a *lot* of nudity in that Tenchi ep. (Ryoko spends the most of it completely naked.) But rather than completely cutting such a major epsode (and the others that contain nudity) the CN editors invented the "digital bikini". In the original episode, none of the girls wear bathing suits.

Yu Yu Hakusho: This was a rather boring episode but they did fill in some of the plot about that gold egg and how Yuske plans on getting back into his body. I question who is behind the city arsons,.. maybe we'll find out more in later episodes.
Pilot Candidate: I didn't expect them to throw in a plot to this series. It looks as if the pilot candidates are treated like a lab experiment. They show that there is expected competition between the many pilot candidates while only a hand full will only make the cut to be a Ingrid pilot. I think they mentioned that pilot training will last for around three years. I also think this episode was better than the previous episodes shown.
Gundam 0083: Lt. Monsha will most likely get someone killed during a battle. I wouldn't be surprised if one of his comrades were to shoot Monsha before the enemy does. There was some good battles scenes between the Zeons and the Federation. It now seems that the Zeons have the upper hand over the Federation with the acquired Unit 2 Gundam and nuclear warhead. A very good episode.

Yu Yu Hakusho: Yet again, a pretty good episode. My weekly "single complaint" was that I was kinda expecting the Egg thing to pan out over a couple more episodes, but it was just ended tonite. Stuff doesn't usually turn out to well when it's rushed. Overall, an A.
Cowboy Bebop: One of the few episodes that I don't really care for in the entire series. The dubbing/translation seemed like it was down a notch from the rest of the series, but it didn't spoil the episode. B+.
Pilot Candidate: Well, I thought that this show had hit its low point last week, but I was wrong! The dubbing is getting worse by the sentence anymore, and whenever someone tries to have a dramatic/serious moment, it's ruined. I still have a sliver of hope left for this show, but it's getting smaller with every episode.
C-.
Gundam 0083: Very good episode. The first major multi-suit battle, and it was good. I like this show more every episode, and I can't wait for next week's. A.

Yu-Yu Hakusho -"Requirments for Lovers"-
You know, I actually liked this one more then the past few. I'm really starting to enjoy this show. Anyhow, it was a good episode. Grade: A
Cowboy Bebop -"Stray Dog Strut"-
It's odd, I've seen this episode 3 times and yet I still love it. Hey, it's not the best anime ever made for nothing, right? Grade: A+
Pilot Canadate -"Self Awareness"-
FINALLY somthing actually happens in this show. Did anyone else get kinda creeped out when Zero was staring at the grey haired canadate shirtless? And know I'm CERTAIN that Clay flips the the middle finger when he pushes up his glasses. He just sat there flipping us all off, for what seemed like forever. And oh yeah, the crazy cook was hilarious. Grade: B+
Gundam 0083- "Attack and Defeat on the burning sands"-
I love the intro to this show. But the rest? It seems a little boring, to tell you the truth. But the action scenes werent that bad. Grade: B
Outlaw Star-"When the hot ice melts"-
Another action packed episode, simply terrific. Grade: A
Tenchi Muyo!-"Mihoshi falls to the Land of the Stars"-
Best line EVER.. "Are you... A JEWELER?". Grade: A

Yo yo hackysack (yes, I know it's not called that. I just don't like pronouncing/typing the actual one): I thought this episode was a little slow. I liked the end, but the rest was just too...2 dimensional. Also, is it me or is this like a mix between Ranma/Urusei Yatsura and Dragon Ball? <shivers>
Cowboy Bebop: Well, I got bored about 3 minutes into the show so I turned off the TV and went to sleep. I taped it, but it'll probably be a while before I watch it.

actually, there are quite a few people who use their middle finger to push up their glasses, and in some cultures, it's not an obscene gesture.
My Thoughts
YYH : Well, it looks like the plot is moving again after last weeks character building episode. I'm interested in finding out where they plan on going with this show..
CB : It's Ein! I'm enjoying the fact that I finally get to watch CB from the begging...and Faye Faye is comming next week! (then I have to wait over a month for Ed. =[
PC : ok, we've moved past randomly jumping from one person to another, with no logical reason. Lets see if we can get "Tai" to tone it down. Did I say Tai, I meant Zero. My bad.
G0083 : ok...why are they fighting? yes, the "bad" guys stole G2, but, why did they do it? *sigh* Someone hurt Mancha. please.

I missed the shows because my satellite feed is behaving inexexplicably and dropping stations randomly left and right...but I've seen "Stray Dog Strut", and my favorite scene was the one where a guy bumps Hakeem's elbow in a bar and causes him to spill his drink...so he drops a cockroach in it and forces it down the guy's throat! lol...maybe if not for that display of aggression he wouldn't have attracted the cops' attention so soon....

This is kind of just a general overview of what I've seen so far:
Honestly, seeing this edition of Saturday night Adult Swim gave me the feeling I was at an anime-club showing--and that's never happened to me watching TV before. "Yu Yu Hakusho" actually kept a bumper! Frankly, I'm happy these shows didn't air on Toonami, because I would have missed some great openings, particularly the one by Zion, Tomoyuki Asakawa's "Aim to the Star of Your Dreams!" One of the frustrating aspects of anime aired on mainstream American TV outlets is they tend to rock up everything on the sound track so it all sounds alike (Japan has rock too, but they have a much richer variety of music, "Candidate for Goddess" sounded like it came from a 1950s musical).
Yu Yu Kakusho seems pretty interesting so far. I can see why it draws comparisons to Dragonball, but one very big difference is that its star couldn't be more opposite in personality from innocent Goku! Dramatic save at the finale that last episode, looks like Yuske and his rescuers really do care about each other, but will spend their time fighting, scratching and clawing the rest of the series because they're all afraid to admit it. And we haven't seen half of the characters yet...
Candidate for Goddess is magnificent in design and score, but its story seems to be starting slowly. A show starting with a murky storyline may be fine in a 50-100 episode show, but everything should be clear and to the point with only 12 episodes to do it in. That redhead is a classic example, I found that scene where she sang to her ship rather arresting, but at the same time I wondered "Where in the world did this come from?" I had to rewatch the show several times before I finally figured out she was connected to the class of girls they were evacuating to safety. Maybe it was the editing Williams Street did (originally to time-fit it for Toonami), but otherwise the creators did a poor job connecting those scenes. They should have shown the girl removing her cap or holding it in her hand, or given some sort of visual cue to connect her to earlier scenes. As it was, it came off pretty confusing.
I'm finally finding out what Stardust Memory is about after briefly glimpsing our blue-suited blond and her brawny sidekick in an untranslated showing years ago. I've seen Tenchi before of course, but I hope we get to see the original openings and endings for Universe and Tokyo, plus the Mihoshi Special (which has aired on UK Toonami, from what I heard) at least.

Actually before last week, I HATED PC. I thought it had the worst dub I've ever seen, I hated the characters, I thought the music was lousy, I thought the CGI was wasteful and pointless, I hated the writing, everything seemed pretentious and borrowed and done a lot better in 30 other series. And it had no right whatsoever being part of the block.
I still think all that, BUT! Now I love the show, in a sick, parodical, MST3K way. It's become way too much fun to make fun of line by line. and scene by scene. And it's really really fun to hate Zero with a passion. He has to be the most brainless/clueless character ever in all anime. Especially when he blunders even a simple scenario like getting lunch.
I used to want them to cancel the show, but now it's the greatest unintentional comedy on TV.

Yeah it works well as an unintentional comedy. You might also want to try it out as a drinking game. One shot every time an anime cliche pops up.

Like what I am expecting, YYH kicked azz. Darn it is sooooo good that I cannot even wait for the next episode. It is too bad that I might miss the next episode since it is Spring Break and we are going somewhere that have a chance of not having CN. Well anyway, like everybody said, this episode of YYH is so good, one of the best. There is to many emotion going on. Love, anger, etc. Also, does anybody was bother by the necrophiliac scene? I was not. It was do darn good. Now, do not think of me as a necrophiliac. I just think that scene was very original. I have not seen it in something else.
Now, for Cowboy Bebop, I know that it is an excelent series but how many time did they show the series already? I think that the had shown this too many times, which will be almost three times, except for cowboy punk. I think that they need to replace it by the time this showing is finish.
Now, Pilot Candidate. It is getting a wee bit interesting. But, it is still boring.
Gundam was excellent. Lt. Gato is cool. Mancha is funny. But, Ko, which is the main character is someone I very dislike. I still cannot believe that he is the one chosen to pilot the Gundam prototype.

The only show I am not feeling is PC. I am a robot/mecha fan and I just don't see enough of the Engreds (is that the right spelling?) for my liking. I would excuse the cryptic plot and plodding pace of the show if it showed them more. At least enough for me to know what they look like off hand (different designs and weapons) instead of their color schemes.
Plus, I know next to nothing about the current pilots. There are just too many characters and not a good explanation of who they are. I'm not giving up on the show though. There is always hope that there will be more action later on.
YYH was great. Yuske was cussing up a storm in this episode, which is something that wouldn't be allowed if it had gone to Toonami. From seeing the openig sequence, I am interested in seeing these other characters introduced.

Adult Swim Anime is very cool and all, but I've decided to just tape Outlaw Star and Gundam, and watch them when I get the chance. I've been meaning to watch Outlaw Star, and I like the show. Gundam is okay, and it's only 13 episodes. I can't spend my Saturday nights at home anymore, and there's nothing on this block I can not live without missing.
My two cents:
Yu-Yu Hakusho:
Blah blah blah. More of the same. This show isn't bad, but I'm not going to invest my time in a 10 year old 138 episode series that's just like every other anime. I'm not watching this show anymore. Grade: C
Cowboy Bebop:
The best anime ever. But I've seen it four times. Grade: A
Pilot Candidate:
The best episode yet. That doesn't say a lot, considering the appalling quality of the show. This convoluted horror show of a series develops an even more ridiculous plot. Just show us the damn catgirl already. Grade: D
Gundam 0083:
Whee, big fighting robots! Okay, so it's not a terribly compelling or complex anime, but it's a lot of fun to watch giant fighting robots. More battles, dammit. Grade: B-
Outlaw Star:
I like the series. I have a hard time with the concept that grappler arms on ships consititute a new phase in weaponry. Wouldn't a giant gun be much more effective? Still, the show is very cool. And Aisha Clan-Clan is... nice. Grade: B
Tenchi Muyo:
How disappointing American TV is. Naked Ryoko in episode 4 is fan service at its best! Unfortunately, digital bikinis are necessary. Dammit. Grade: D

I'm going to start this review with a statement that will no doubt earn me much jeering and shame.
I liked Zoids. (Yes, the one they showed on Toonami...)
Now I've no doubt some better-informed viewer will tell me that Zoids was a moronic, silly show, not worthy of any praise, a useless waste of air space. And I don't care. I still liked it.
You see, when I first tuned in, I thought of it as an interesting enough show to be worth checking out again. It had a sort of charming goofiness that I found intriguing And as I watched the realization dawned on me...the charming goofiness was the major point of the show. Zoids worked out (at heart at least) as a parody of the entire "kids in gigantic machines" genre, a sort of Airplane! of the mecha world...
I mean any show that features a villain whose favorite food is ramen noodles can't be all bad, right?
Watching Pilot Candidate, there are moments when I start thinking that it's trying to be the same thing on a much narrower scale (Zero's competition with Mr. Rei Ayanami there comes to mind). And other times, it looks like it takes itself seriously, making it little more than a NGE ripoff.
And so I am torn. I want like the show, but it still seems too shaky to get my full attention. It could be one of these days the show will choose it's direction, and that will be that. Or it could just continue to flounder uncertainly, forever circling between "serious" and "parody". But I'll keep watching, for awhile at least.
After all, it's just half-an-hour...
Okay, here we go...
Yu Yu Hakuzo Meh. I'm thinking it's a nice change of pace from other stuff, but it seems like the same thing happens every episode. If someone saw the intro, then the series, they would be very confused. C
Cowboy Bebop - Cool, but no hint of the story arc. I'm not complaning though. A
Pilot Candidate- I've had it. This show sucks and it's time to boot it back to Toonami where it belongs. F-. I'd go lower if I could.
0083 - Dammit, I want to see what happens next! This is great, but the edits nearly ruin it. A-, minus one for ******* Toocrapi edits. B+

I just finished watching Gundam 0083 I got to say that it's what I suspected. It's one of the better Gundam OVAs....
As for PC I haven't got to watch it so I can't say anything...
As for PC so far it does deserve to be on Toonami but I still give it my descrecion of being one of those really good ones in the end. BTW: I know it stops at episode 12...

Ya say ya want an uncut version of tenchi, but the censors can't stand to see the nudity. Ya want an answers? It's simple. They are terrified of an answer. They being the stations airing THIS week...<ahem> Sorry
Anyway, the simplest way would be to take the audio track from the uncut, paste it on the cut, make a few snippits here and there to make it all sinc up, and BOOM there ya go!
Pilot Candidate: <shakes his head> It's like Zoids, Gundam, and Digimon all rolled into one. only the latter is one I can stand. Grade: L
Gundam: Only liked a few episodes in Wing, the rest of the series and anything that shares it's name is crap, by my opinion. Grade: M
Cowboy Bebop: Pretty good, still don't like the way it ended much though. Grade: B

Yeah, don't worry. Next week is the start of Yusuke's job as a spirit detective, I should say, when he's forced into it. Then we meet Kurama/Shuichi, Hiei, and Yusuke's mentor Genkai sometime after that.

Way to freakin' spoil it! But, really, that's interesting. Would that I could've found out on my own. "Yu Yu Hakasho" was pretty good. I loved how Yusuke risked his chances of living again for that nice girl, Keiko (sp?). It would be nice if they ended up together. I felt sad until the spirit leader (forgot his name) revealed the good news; I don't want to spoil it for those who haven't seen it. Side note: Why must Yusuke be such an irate jack-ass? He's always angry, flying off the handle and never seeing that people (or spirits, rather) are trying to help him. He's a lot like Helga Pataki on Hey Arnold; constantly mad at the world, but given their half-assed upbringing, it's no wonder. But, on the other hand, lighten up! If coming from a bone-headed, irresponsible family is the worst thing to happen to you, then consider yourself lucky for all time.
Missed the other shows except for OS and Tenchi. I've got to get the DVDs.

It's probably too late for almost everyone, but I went back and put that in a Spoiler box.
If you have something to say that's potentially a spoiler, use the SPOILER tags.

Hahahahahaha! I think you are funny. This is the only beginning of almost 100 episodes. They only showed almost 4% of the series, and you are saying that people will be confused by the opening. The intro trys to describe the entire show that is why it seems none descriptive of the first 4% of the series. You should wait and see the episodes coming. Every episode will kick arse (literaly and figuratively).
Good. I can wait. Especially now that "Saturday Night Live" is replacing the spot on the tape where PC used to suck.
