I think they should bring the "uncut" gundam wing back and replace PC after its rather boring run. I mean Gundam wing was an awsome series. I think that many fans of uc gundam don't like wing because itis in an alternate universe. But i personally consider wing as being one of the best animes released in the 90s. If yoo just accept gundamwing as its on series then its awsome. How any other animes have a plot more complexed than Wing. And there are other things that make wing one the best animes released lately.
This is my opinion and i no many disagrees with me but they should still replace PC with GWing in the future. I mean they all ready have the show. nothing else to do but show it.

I DO! Considering I never saw the series.
And yes, having the uncut version on AS is a great idea.

It's been run to death. Run more than DBZ, more than DB, hell, almost as much as Scooby Doo.
Uncut or not, does it REAAAAAAAALLY have to be on TV -again-?

how could yoo say that its been run to death. its seems like most people don't no that it hasn't been shown in like a year. And there is no way that has been "run to death". And theres no way that its been run more than DBZ. What about those boring tenchis and Outlaw star has been runed alot aswell considering its only 26 eps and in my opinion not as good as GW
But anyways its still a thousand times better than Pilot Canidate.
As of now i have no idea what the purpose of pilot canidate is. Thers like no character development and the plot, uh well theres much plot to talk of after 3 episodes.

It hasn't been run for a year for a reason.
When it was on TV, Gundam Wing has had multiple runs. Way too many runs.
...waaaaaaaaaaay too many runs.

And your complaining that it was overun. How many times have Tenchi and DBZ been ran ( eventhough i like Dbz, I sucks after repeats comes in since i record the episodes and don't need to see repaets.

The most a DBZ saga has ever gotten was 4 runs, which ties with GW.
Outside of that, DBZ's sagas have had less runs than GW.

Gundam Wing is rather painful actually--it starts out okay, and then starts jumping around so fast that little things like "character development" and "logical plot twists" get thrown to the wayside. At which point, it becomes a matter of endless speeches, grandstanding, and people shouting "FOR PEACE!" as they blow things up...

Well considering that each saga is ran like 4 time each, dbz still has been ran more than gundam and its boring now

Why do you keep ignoring me?
DBZ's Majin-Buu saga had 4 runs. The rest had 2 or 3.
Since DBZ has 6 times the amount of episodes GW has, you're not being fair at all.

I still want to see it, nevertheless, at least once. :( I just miss seeing it.

GW was decent the first time through, but you gotta draw the line somewhere. And yes, DBZ and Tenchi and Outlaw Star have been every bit as overrun as GW, but it's not like that tips things in GW's favor. It just means all four of Toonami's flagship series have been overplayed to death.

And yet you see no problem with Outlaw Star or Tenchi's run count, each have been run not four, but eight times?

Gundam Wing's content...no matter how its gussied up, is really a shallow, low-brow show.
Heero: "I'll kill you."
Relena: "HEEEEEEROOOOOOOOOO! I love you!"
Zechs: "War sucks...so let's fight!"

Tenchi hasn't ran much, it's three different series' so it only seems like it. I doubt each series ran more than twice. Now Tenchi in Tokyo on ASA.
If I remember right, OS got 1 run on Toonami, and 2 on Midnight Run, now another on ASA.
I wouldn't want GW on ASA even if I had never seen it. It doesn't fit the should-be demographic, and I've never liked it to start with. Of course, that's only opinion.
I'd much rather stuff like Beserk, Hellsing, Flame of Recca. It'd have to be edited, but still a better choice than anything they're playing now (Probably more expensive, too).

Gundam Wing got 4 runs each on the afternoon block and the midnight run, then was brought back for one last run right before the 3rd hour was removed. Thats a grand total of 9. Regardless of the number of times DBZ has been played (which is about the same give or take a run) it was overplayed to death. Thats why its not on. I enjoy the content of the show very much outside of the total unrealisticness that goes against everything Gundam stands for, but that doesn't mean I think it should be brought back yet again O_o It shouldn't be on Adult Swim in the first place anyway.
And Outlaw Star got 3 runs on the afternoon block, 6 or 7 on midnight run, and of course now. Yet another series thats suffering from overkill.

Well Toonami's always overplayed everything they have. The movies, the specials, the series, you name it. I always kinda wished it was weekly block so things wouldn't be so overrun.

Hmm...which show is worse, GW or Pilot Candidate? Desicions, desicions...
I'd be perfectly happy if CN never showed Gundam Wing ever again. When it originally aired it was milked for all it was worth, and by Toonami standards that show is old news. If CN wants to air an uncut Gundam show on Adult Swim, it should be the original Mobile Suit Gundam. (since that's pretty much the only Gundam show they haven't played to death, considering they never *finished it*.)

Okay I'll admit that I like Gundam Wing only for the pure fact it got me into anime and specifically into Gundam (Bubblegum Crisis is what really got me full speed ahead into anime). Despite this I really think Gundam Wing has been overdone (even though I wouldn't mind another chance to understand that plot), but really if you want to talk about bringing back shows how about Voltron or G-Force. It's been forever since I saw G-Force.

Although I really like gundam wing, I would like to seel all of the Universal century gundam series first. (I'd rather not clog up my continuity.)

I've only watched GW through one run on Toonami. I wouldn't mind watching a second run on Adult Swim.
Show the orignial in its full uncensored glory to an audience that can appreciate it.

No. This series should stay away from Adult Swim. As far as possible. No more Gundam Wing.
Hey, I know! How about putting the original 52 episodes of Sailor Moon on Adult Swim! Yeah, I need to see it again.
That's sarcasm, right? It's hard to tell without smilies or emoticons.

What about Voltron or G-Force uncensored? No I'm not being sarcastic.

No, I'm not speaking for everyone, because I've heard others say it as well, but I sure as hell dont. it belongs uncensored on Toonami, or even WB's Toonami.
Alot of the shows mentioned on this thread don't belong on AS, not even uncensored. If we bring craptacular shows like G-force, or Gundam Wing to AS, they'll attract an even younger audience than they have. Then those smart CN execs will look at where their main rating are coming in (It will be 6-11 or younger) and modify AS to suit them. It'll become another Toonami. I want stuff that's too deep for children to understand, stuff that'll bore them into hating AS, stuff like Lain, or Boogiebop Phantom, or The Boy Who Saw the Wind.

i really enjoyed gundam wing. i am sick of DBZ can they show any more? i think i know the entire script to the entire series. it was good, but ran to death. i have to say GW has been run a lot. but at least give it a 4 am time slot! :D

Yeah, I guess GW's midnight runs add it up to about 8 runs.
Now Mobile Suit Gundam. I'm not trying to be a newbie, but the right audience never saw it on Toonami. Personally, I think it would fit rather nicely on AS, especially if it was less edited.
