I know this is a JL board but this is relavant to the show.
Bruce Timm and Paul Dini should go to work on Marvel's first family after the Justice League series bows. Not Spider-Man, not Hulk, not even Captain America or the Avengers. Fantastic Four fits his style, it can have a retro sixties look like Kirby's work on Thundarr or "Boing" FF Hanna-Barbera series. It can be done in the same vein as Superman, in fact it should look like Superman, bright, retro-futuristic, pure Timm style.
His design for Invisible Girl (and yes she should be young like Batgirl's age) should look like Supergirl or Barbara. Mr. Fantastic could look like the guy they copied him after in Batman Beyond anyway. The Thing could be a Clayface kinda vision. Human Torch could look and act like the Flash. They even used Kirby's style and influence in STAS, so why not continue the legacy, (no pun intended) and present another vision. It is simply perfect.
The villians are the best as well. Off the top of my head there's Doc Doom, the Wizard, the Super-Skrull, Medusa, Galactus, Mole Man, Negative Man (I think that's his name), and many more. On top of that with guest-stars like Silver Surfer and Black Panther (who will be in a new film by Wesley Snipes), this is just can't miss.
As for voices, Mr. Fantastic would be voiced by the man who is the voice of Superman: Timothy Daly. Invisible Girl, by Jessica Biel, Ben Grimm by the same guy who's been doing him on the old 60's series (or is he dead?), and Johnny Storm aka the Human Torch by the older brother on Malcolm In the Middle.
The movie should feature the family before they took that fateful trip into space, feature Doctor Doom before he went mad as well, then move on to their transformations. It should also feature Mole Man as the first advesary with a background subplot of what's going on in space with a being known as Galactus.
Move the series along to feature some two-parters with Galactus, the Inhumans, and of course the most sinister villian of all of comicdom with a PHD.

I would love to see Bruce Timm do a Fantastic Four series. But what are the chances he will get to work with Marvel properties?

Actually, Bruce Timm does an absolutely uncanny version of Jack Kirby's style when he draws Marvel characters, especially when he draws the Fantastic Four. http://www.popcultureshock.com/brucetimm/xxfull/1418.jpg
Believe it or not, that's a Bruce Timm drawing, not Jack Kirby.

OK, I'm all for that... but only AFTER Season 5 of Justice League has been completed, and after Justice League has actually had a "beginning" ("Secret Origins") and an "end" ("Legacy" style). Only then would I want anyone from the Justice League team to work on anything else!

Personally I always wanted to see how the Marvel characters would look on the small screen with Timm's style. I have checked out his site numerous times and while I think FF would be a great idea (hope ABC Family decides to air the 90's episodes sometime soon) I actually think a better idea for a series would be Daredevil or Namor. If you haven't seen his Daredevil yet you need to check it out - he does a great rendition of that character to and Namor is just plain awesome.
FF would rock too - but then again the chance of him getting to do a Marvel toon are pretty low. Altho I did win a No-Prize from Stan "The Man" Lee asking if we'd ever see an animated crossover between Marvel and DC. His response - if I set it up he would back it. If you want to see it look for Stan's Soap box in Wolverine #150 - I'm in there :D

You guys might be interested in this interview exchange from "Comic Book Artist" magazine:
CBA: Would you, if you could live your dreams, love to get your hands on Marvel characters to do an animated series?
BRUCE: [laughs] This is opening up a whole can of worms! With the current management at Marvel Entertainment, I don't think they would let me do what I want to do with the characters. I don't know if you've actually seen any of their recent cartoons, Spider-Man Unlimited and The Avengers, or whatever, but I think the direction they're going in with the Marvel characters is the wrong direction. So, if I could, sure; are you kidding? Yeah, at one point, it was probably about five or six years ago, after we finished up the first season of Batman, there was a period right after the Image guys left and Marvel was really financially floundering, and they made some overtures to Warner, to see if we were interested in buying any of their characters, and I just jumped out of my skin! I said, "Oh, my God, yeah! Give me the Fantastic Four! I'll do the Fantastic Four!" I guess they actually looked into it, and there seemed some kind of anti-trust thing, so it didn't go anywhere. Didn't happen; probably never will.

This is my voice cast for a Dini-Timm FF series:
Mr. Fantastic/Reed Richards: Christopher McDonald. Why? He was the voice of Jor-El in The Last Son of Krypton , and the older Superman in The Call .
Invisible Woman(Girl)/Susan Richards(Storm): Susan Eisenberg would have been a good choice.
Thing/ Ben Grimm: Kevin Michael Richardson, who's done numerous voices, including Zarkon in Voltron: the 3rd Dimension , Static's dad in Static Shock , and was the cvoice of Barney in The Flintstones On the Rocks
Human Torch/Johnny Storm: Michael Rosenbaum

It's a shame that this never happened. In all truth though I'm not really surprised - seeing as how Marvel had the rights to their properties scattered through out the seven seas. It would have been really cool to see a Bruce Timm influenced Marvel toon but at the same time I think there is always the possibility of that happening - just a matter of time, IMO. I just thought of one that would be great in his style also - Ghost Rider:TAS. How sweet would that look?

Yeah the only thing i'd probably want to see more than FF: TAS would be X-Men in Timm Style. The more I rewatch the old marvel animated series' the more I realize how much better they'd be if WB had thier hands on them.
I've often thought about this, my all time favorite would be a DC/Marvel action hour done by Dini and Timm but that's something for the after life. Currently I've started writing my own fan fiction based on my own JL team which is a conglomerate of DC and Marvel characters: Batman, Superman, GL: Kyle Rayner, Spidey, Iceman, Rogue, and Marvel Girl (Valeria Richards.)
I agree about the Daredevil thing. He'd be really awesome in a DC animated dark gothic kind of cartoon. But here's my idea: A Spiderman animated show by Timm that has a similar kind of format as TNBA in which Spidey leads a little band of crime fighters consisting of Venom, Blackcat, and Daredevil. And of course all the classic villains (Green Goblin, Mysterio, Doc Ock, Scorpion, etc.) would show up.

That would be kinda neat. I've always wanted the Marvel shows to look as good as Timm's work, (Or as good as X-Man Evolution, but that depends on who you talk to.) However, Timm should stay focused on Justice Leauge for now. Marvel's animation library tends to be hit, or miss for me.

The only thing I want Bruce Timm to leave JL for is to go back to Superman: The Animated Series ;)
