This may be old news, but I found this in yesterday's NY Daily News:
1
Yabba Dabba *&#@$!
Animators at the Cartoon Network have developed a short sketch called "The Sopranstones," which blends Tony Soprano, from the HBO series, with Fred Flinstone.
The sketch is expected to air on the upcoming series "Harvey Birdman, Attorney-at-Law," an updated version of the Hanna-Barbera classic about a lawyer who argues cases for superheroes.
"When we looked at 'The Sopranos' and 'The Flinstones,' there were just so many similarities between Tony Soprano and Fred," said series co-creator Erik Richter. "They both work in construction, their wives both have diamond rings and furs. It was a complete fit."
