Again gang I am new to this site, so if this should be elsewhere please excuse.

This somewhat dated but I know the Jetsons Season 1 had the title cards from the 80's series, how are the Yogi Bear and Huckleberry Hound DVD's, what errors are there if any?

I know the Magilla Gorilla set had some issues as well. Overall how do you think Warner Brothers has handled the Hann Barbera releases?

Crappy! Lack of extras etc. Only good one IMO is the Flintstones.

I was pissed to see on the Saturday Morning Cartoons set where Magilla Gorilla had the opening credits, yet the dvd release of said character did not. I know they said they were not the best prints so that is why they left them off, but I honestly don't care. Just put these cartoons out on dvd in their respective show sets. I for one don't care about the quality of the print, it's the show i'm after. I want my Quick Draw McGraw complete series set dagnabbit!

Ya, well like you've already figured, the original Jetsons never had title cards as in the season 1 DVD.

The HH an YB DVDs have erred in that the original shows displayed only the title cards for each cartoon. They never included the opening credits for each cartoon, as in the DVDs.

The Magilla Gorilla opener, of course in not original either. The section where Magilla introduces the shows characters was originaly the spot for the Ideal Toys tie in. The closer is pretty close to the original, except the Ideal toy logo is removed from the back of Magilla's shirt as he swings around with the TV camera. Also in the closer, the end credits time run was lengthened from the original 4 seconds (shortest in H-B history) to 8 seconds.

AND YA!!! Give me the original Quick Draw series!!!

Yeah, I understand not original and remastered, but would it really have killed the release if that was included in the set? Are some fans, and I'm one of them, that are that picky they might have boycotted the release?
