Curious. Anyone interested in photo copied cartoon scripts, many to choose from. Rudolph The Rednosed Reindeer, Return to Oz, Pinocchio, King Kong. Excellent condition, most actual working scripts with notes. Let me know.

Who'd the scripts belong to originally? Someone like Paul Kligman or Bernard Cowan?

The scripts for these cartoon examples are part of my extensive archive collection. Yes, they were Bernard Cowan's who produced and dialogue directed those as well as many other productions. He also was my Father.

I thought cartoons didn't use scripts until the 70s.

You're kidding I assume. Cartoons were not drawn to ad-libed dialogue. Reality crap shows were not invented until the 1990's

Until even earlier, at least.. Joe Barbera and Bill Hanna started using scripts around 1962 or earlier, but usually they didn't. But FILMATION definitely did [one of the many weaknesses] in the mid 60s and afterwards!! By 1970 it seemed everyone was using scripts in animation.
