Alright, Now I'm a big fan of the show The Perils of Penelope Pitstop, and after seeing all of the episodes that Hanna Barbera offered it got me to thinking..

Now while the show itself was set in a 1920's or 1930's melodramtic setting, if they brought the show up to 'modern day standards', the villain, the Hooded Claw would probably have a lot more tech today then back in the 1920's or even the 1930's..

So now let's say we rebooted the series, and you had been cast as Penelope's legal guardian shyster lawyer, Silvester Sneakly, aka "The Hooded Claw" and you had all the known tech that is out there today in which you could try and off Penelope with, What kind of evil "Rube Goldberg Idea" could you concoct to try and off our hapless damsel (of course it would eventually be thwarted by either Penelope herself, or the Ant Hill Mob..

So then here's one thing I could think of, but there are many other options to try and get the Pitstop fortune.

Here's my evil scheme to get rid of Penelope:

Put her and strap her onto a rocket sled which is on a seven mile long track, that would catapult her down a track at Mach 3, once the engines ignited, and at the end of the seven mile long track track is a 30 foot thick concrete block (or maybe the side of a solid rock cliff. Of course the rocket engines are hooked up to a 30 second timer which will be activated once the switch to the timer is hit by a sledge hammer. The Sledge hammer is being held upright by a string and there is a magnifying glass that is slowly burning the string so that when the string burns through, the sledge hammer falls, and hits the timer switch.. 30 seconds later the rocket engines ignite and send our hapless heroine hurtling down the seven mile long track at Mach 3 where she will hit the 30 foot solid concrete block (or solid rock cliff face) with a resounding splat.

But this is just one example of using both low and high end tech to off our heroine.. Let's hear from some of our other "Resident Evil" villains on how they could try and off Penelope Pitstop.

Okay evil doers.. Begin to scheme up your craziest ideas to take her out.

(*Laughs like the Hooded Claw..*)

You know, I never did get why The Hooded Claw wanted to kill the titular heroine.

The answer was in fact that and I quote the line from the show, "An Heiress to a vast fortune" who Silvester Sneakly (aka The Hooded Claw) wanted to take said fortune from her by her untimely demise. In short, the will of her parents basically would have the lawyer get legal custody of the fortune provided there was an Untimely death to our heroine (Namely Penelope..)

So Silvester, aka The Hooded Claw would try in every episode to oft her.
in order to accquire the vast Pitstop fortune.

And for those who are playing along this question basically asks, "if you were The Hooded Claw, what evil plot would you use to try and oft said Penelope. (of course now you have the disposal of even today's technology so anything goes including lasers).

(Hooded Claw Laughter "You bet your sweet bippie")

So then folks how would you do the dastardly deed?

Again.. Have at it..

Would hiring an Assassian be too obvious?

Well a goot villain usually does the dirty deed themselves.. but hey if you want to use an assassin, as long as there was no way to track you, then yeah it would be easy to do. But then again I ask, if you were the villain, what nefarious scheme would you use to try and oft Penelope
