My memories:
Shows -
"Muppet Babies"
"Pee-Wee's Playhouse"
"The California Raisins"
"Garfield and Friends"
"The Raccoons"
"The Addams Family"
"Tales from the Crypt-Keeper"
"The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Show" (was this the one?)
Commercials/etc -
"After the messages" (I remember all of the ones you provided in your link)
There are so many cartoons that I watched on T.V. when I was a kid, but I cannot remember all of the ones that were on Saturday mornings, but these ones are the only ones I can remember, so yeah. I will post if I think of any more, but I think all of these cover it.

"Linus the Lionhearted"
"The Alvin Show"
"Gumby [the original]"
"Tennesee Tuxedo"
and the usual 1960s classics.

-The Claymation "After These Messages" sequences
-Pee Wee's Playhouse - After rewatching the series recently, I can't believe it didn't mess my brain up in some way :P
-The Bugs Bunny and Tweetie Show
-Muppet Babies
-Saved By The Bell - I don't know why but I remember what time it came on, too! Around 11 am or noon, I believe.
-Garfield and Friends
And of course, I'd usually get up around 6 am before the official lineup and watch Looney Tunes reruns :)

When the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles started airing on CBS Saturday mornings, I was about 9 years old. My grandfather used to bring my family donuts every Saturday morning. So every Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m., I'd watch the new TMNT episodeS (since they aired two episodes) and I'd have my donuts. Ah, those were the days.

One of my most cherished moments in watching Saturday morning shows is watching Garfield and Friends when I was about five years old. Pee-Wee's Playhouse included. I think I still have those two shows on one of my old VHS tapes that haven't been used much in years.
I can also recall seeing that animated guy before the commercials began during the early 1990s on CBS. I forgot what his name was, though, if he had a name.

We've had a similar thread like this before.
I can barely remember anything I watched between, say, 1965-69, though I do have hazy memories of seeing 1st run Spider-Man and FF toons.
My late father used to sit in with my brother and I to watch the Pink Panther and the Bugs Bunny-Road Runner Shows. We also watched the 1971 revival of You Are There w/Walter Cronkite.
I missed out on a lot of shows for various reasons, but I made sure to be home for The All-New Super Friends Hour when that launched in '77. Some of those plots could be rewritten and fleshed out today if they'd actually put some thought into it.

Thought provoking topic.
Years (mostly): from about 1981-1989 (I kept watching at 13 or 14 because, of course, I love animation!)
Strategy memory: Every September, studying the TV guide to see the new lineup for each networks, deciding what I would watch for each block of time
Toon memories: in no order, Muppet Babies, the various Looney Tunes compilation shows, Flintstone Kids, Pink Panther & Sons, Garfield, Pac Man, Shirt Tales, Snorks, Smurfs, Ewoks, Droids, Dungeons & Dragons, Mighty Mouse, Ed Grimley(!)
Would always skip: Gummi Bears, Care Bears, Wuzzles, Mr. T, Hulk Hogan
Interstitial memory: Schoolhouse Rock, of course
Personal memory: My mom bringing in a plate of buckwheat pancakes into my room. I'd set up my Saturday morning station under the ladder of my bunk bed, with a rung of the ladder as my plate-rest.
Sad memory: The live action shows starting to creep in, Saved by the Bell, etc.

Those are good memories but yeah, SBTB put an end to Saturday mornings as we knew it. LOL, talk about spoiled. Your mom served you breakfast in bed? :D

Yeah, I'm from WNY and I have fond memories of WUTV 29.
I was a huge watcher of Saturday morning toons from about 1980 to the early 90s. I'd even set my alarm to watch cartoons that were on at 6am (a few of the network shows in my town got pushed to the early morning slots due to syndicated shows). I think Kissyfur was one of the shows that got bumped to an early slot. I'd usually watch a show while taping another. I really enjoyed watching Gummi Bears, The Real Ghostbusters, and Garfield & Friends to name a few. The last Saturday morning show I watched regularly was X-Men.

Yeah, I'm from WNY and I have fond memories of WUTV 29.
I'm from central Ontario where WUTV ran until about 2001 when it was taken off of Cogeco Cable in favour of the Rochester stations.
Now the Rochester stations are gone and the Buffalo stations replaced them.
I'm glad for that anyways because WUTV was where I got a my healthy dose of british bands, Duran Duran, Culture Club, Tears For Fears and that sort of thing.
