About the weirdest one I can think of is "The Head" (MTV Oddities, 1994-5). Average guy has an alien dwelling in his head, which has swollen in size as a result. Was picked up for a 2nd season, which was little more than Eric Fogel (Celebrity Deathmatch) using the characters he created as a team in a left-handed satire of Super Friends, since these folks had all sorts of deformities that led to them bonding amongst themselves.

Does the Puff The Magic Dragon series of TV films qualify as Weird Cartoons?

There was a short I remember seeing on Cartoon Network about a human baby that gets switched with an alien baby. I wish I knew what it was called so I could view it again...

That was a Looney Tunes short titled Rocket Bye Baby (1956, Directed by Chuck Jones).

There was this one short I remember seeing it was about a stork who accidently drops a giant baby at the wrong house. Then a couple thinks that its there's and begin to raise it.

That was another Looney Tune, Goo-Goo Goliath (1954, Direxted by Friz Freleng).

Wow. I'm getting all the one-shot Looney Tunes today.

The whole Gumby series..

Spunky and Tadpole [well, if you had a teddy bear named Tadpole, like in this, it WOULD be weird., Even for a caroton. Aired 1958.]

Clutch Cargo. Animated, thanks to the help of HUMAN LIPS. '57.

Tales of Worm Paranoia (from the World Premiere Toons).

Fat Dog Mendoza (which I believe was also made by Cartoon Network).

I remember a show from the early 80s where a Rubik's Cube would come to life when it's solved to help a bunch of kids save the day. So when they need help, someone solves the cube.

I remember the giant baby cartoon. In one scene, the father's car isn't running and so he gets the baby to push him in his car all the way to work. Later on there's a bunch of cars strewn about on their front yard and they turn out to be the kid's toys. And I think there was a scene where a giant tries to change a diaper on a teeny tiny baby, the couple's actual son.

And I think there was another short about a bouncing baby.
