Oh BOY! :(
http://www.inbaseline.com/company.aspx?company_id=2126930
Note: The below list includes television programs that Cartoon Network may or may not be interested in. However, due to the lack of information, it is hard to tell whether or not any of these television programs will actually air on the network. Even if they do air on the network, they could air as part of [Adult Swim]. For the complete list, please click on the above hyperlink.
When evident, please do not discuss live-action content or [Adult Swim] content in this thread.
Once Legitimate:

I just looked these up. :(
Most of them are live action.

Some of those listed are live-action, so I think I should remind people that discussions about live-action programming are not allowed on the Cartoon Network Cartoon Forum. Secondly, a decent amount of the programs listed are actually [Adult Swim], which again, is not allowed to be discussed on the Cartoon Network Cartoon Forum. I’m not sure what sort of discussion you’re hoping to generate from this. There isn’t really much new there, and even what is new isn’t informative because the site is just a vague list…

Well, more that half of the list are movies (The Vanishers, Tiger's Apprentice, Scooby Doo, Ben 10). Titan Maximum and Superjail! are [adult swim]. Hot Wheels Battle Force 5 and Marvel Super Hero Squad are already confirmed for Cartoon Network. And besides, the new shows shows just the names only.

I don't think Reborn sounds like a title for a live-action project, but either a new cartoon, or, as previously mentioned, the anime.

If is the anime, I just know that it will be on AS, not CN. I mean, Reborn is much too violent for CN.

That's quite possible, since Titan Maximum and Superjail! are listed there.
However, its odd that it would appear on this list unless this was an anime Kim Manning had picked up when she was in Japan and WS is dubbing it themselves or something.
Someone make an account on that site (there's a free trial) and check. Apparently, the 'Country of Origin' is listed there. If it says Japan, this could be awesome.
Guys, keep in mind most of these projects were already in production months ago, and some of them might not even pass the pilot stage. This is no indication of CN's future, especially considering Thurop just stated that CN was moving away from live-action for the time being.
Also, "What Not To Do" is just an earlier version of Bobb'e Says.

Well this was fun but I'm too lazy to research some of that stuff. I'll just wait to see if CN says anything about it.

Does anyone know if anything is going on with Mice Templar or Firebreather ? I thought it was pretty cool when I heard that they would do some movies on Mice Templar but I haven't heard anything about it since.
Firebreather was mentioned at this year's Upfront, and it was announced years ago.

I’m contemplating locking this. This thread is incredibly misleading and over half of it is devoted to [Adult Swim] programming or live-action programming, neither of which are allowed in the Cartoon Network Cartoon Forum. Maybe the title just needs to be changed. Regardless, I think people need to understand that the network trademarks a lot of things but not all of them become a finished product, and even the ones that they announce don’t necessarily get made. Case in point “”The Mice Templar (http://www.newsarama.com/tv/080724-cartoon-network-movies.html)”. Cartoon Network announced it at the same time as “Firebreather”, but as it stands, it has moved extremely slowly in development and it may not even be finished (http://www.newsarama.com/comics/060926-MT-Destiny.html).

Reborn seems definitely possible. In their past shows section, Blood+, One Piece, DICE, S-cry-ed, Paranoia Agent and other anime are listed. So it's not original productions only...

I went through the list that yossi411 posted and I had to remove most of the links. While several of them were already confirmed to be Cartoon Network programs, most of them were either live-action or cancelled live-action which meant that they didn’t belong in this thread, while others still were [Adult Swim] programs and didn’t belong in this thread either. The only “new” thing that I managed to find real information about was “Horse Power”, which was actually old. The first post now links to an article from 2005 which mentions that it is an animated movie being created for the network… Chances are, it’s dead. It’s been four years now. However, since I can’t say for certain, I placed it in “Possibly Legitimate”.
One of the others that yossi411 linked to, Locker 514 (http://gorilla88.blogspot.com/search/label/Locker%20514), was originally meant to be animated, but it was ultimately turned into a live-action show and then died.
I can’t confirm “Reborn” at the moment.
Sorry to be a downer here, but "Reborn" isn't referring to the anime but rather the live-action King Arthur movie (http://news.planetorigo.com/article.php?poarticle_id=378&s=z0xCkVwQusYjp14J&) announced a while back.

That website wasn’t a very good source of information. We’d probably have better luck digging through trademarks…

Ok, I have a few problems with this post. First, you're turning "Captain Planet" into a verb. Second, what do you mean by that when you say "go Captain Planet on Snyder"?

I am terribly, terribly, terribly sorry about all the commotion I have caused. I thought none of these projects were found yet because I check the forum regularly and haven't seen a word of these being discussed. I didn't know most of them were Adult Swim or CN Real. I am really sorry. I was hoping to make a new conversation going about new shows but I am upset though because I thought they were all new movies/animated shows coming to CN. Also, I had no idea what most of the listed shows were and I thought nobody had discovered their exsistance yet. Again I apologize completely. :(

All this means is that Cartoon Network isn't done with the live-action projects by a long shot and we need to be vigiliant and aware of a potential rebranding in the future. Just because Thurop said Cartoon Network's hesitating does not mean that they're not going to go through with it. The fact that the list had to be completely decimated shows that.
Stay frosty.
^ As I've said, many of these projects are old and some may not even see the light of day. These kinds of things take months in advance to prepare, and CN probably greenlighted these projects because they thought that live-action would be a success on CN.
This list doesn't mean anything.

When someone makes a verb out of someone's name it means to act like them. Like "I'll go all Justice Lord Superman on you if you don't give me my money". And I think he was referring to a Robot Chicken sketch where Ted Turner went on a rampage dressed as Captain Planet OR it could mean to clean up Snyder's act.

I think that Cartoon Network will survive the non-licensing of one show.
Anyway, based on some of the comments in this thread, even if CN did acquire this Reborn show, it would be airing on [adult swim], not Cartoon Network, so Reborn wouldn't be the savior of the Cartoon Network portion of CN in any case.

I'm sure they could've gotten it to run on CN, (I mean, it's not like it's as violent as Bleach or anything).

Because the manga is on a different level than the anime. They're both shounen but iirc, the anime's toned down more.
Well wikipedia thinks CN will air this show: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alison_%26_AllieThat's not even a real show. It's some weird fan-made Danny Phantom ripoff.

:^: The tipoffs should've been that the article stated that it was from the creator of Stoked and Total Drama Island, and that the title characters have a brother named Danny Fenton, aka Danny Phantom. Butch Hartman has nothing to do with either of those shows, and any show affilated with a Nicktoon would logically be airing on Nick or Nicktoons Network, not Cartoon Network.
Geez, I hate it when kids upload their fanfic ideas on Wikipedia. Do they honestly believe that if they do this, that some network exec is going to be skimming through Wiki, see these articles and say, "Wow! What a great idea! I'm going to turn this into a series!" Are people seriously so naive that they think this is how the business truly works?
Somebody just make a Fanficipedia for these kids to play pretend on already so the rest of us don't have to be subjected to this junk.

I clicked onto the Horse Power hyperlink, and discovered news of a proposed "Dark Crystal" 2D animated series upfollowing a flick named The Power Of The Dark Crystal. This series was slated for a now-defunct CN programming block. What I cite was dated September 2005- now, fellow TZers, were any of y'all aware of this then?
