Mandark's not even in that one.
"the Laughing" is not about Mandark's laugh, but about a clown who affects Dexter with his out of control laughing and practical jokes.

The day is long over now, so what's the use. Think of the joke the clown and then Dexter says, and then think of yesterday's date!
