I love it so far! Lot's of funny moments. Including Fisk with fire. It's a wonder he never burned down the house. Or maybe he did before....:p

I love it when Doc and Drew team up. That's some real kick-butt action there.

LOL at Fisk maning the ship. If he almost burned down the house why would you let him control a ship? Then again Doyal didn't know. Well, of course he didn't. Like he said, 'Yay for democrocy.'

As do I... it's probably something/someone really unexpected.

That was great. I know that the term “action packed” is rather cliché, but such is the best way to describe this episode; there was so much going on and the way that it kept switching between the two groups left me at the edge of my seat, figuratively speaking. I just hope the family isn’t too mad at Doyle when they discover what he’s doing, as that dark magic is obviously going to cause problems in the future.

I know! They always do that! You think you know and then POOF It's some weird thing/person you never expected. I never liked that much and it never really worked, but after last week's episode with Abbey, I know TSS can do it! But I'm not flushing my theory down the toilet yet...

Great episode :anime:
I like the part with Fisk setting things on fire XD
I was surprised that Doyle got the dark magic relic

Lol! Why do we love fire so much?!

Warning: Going all Drew-ish

Just as we thought Doyle was turning good, he takes that relic. He was doing great with the kids, doing some in-law bonding, and then he pull this.

End Drewishness

But that just makes the show all the more interesting!:anime::D:p

You're acting like Doyle just pulled a heel turn. I don't think that's the case. Having Doyle go rogue a week after Abbey did would be too cliched and predictable. I give the TSS writers more credit than that.

It looked to me like he was planning to go with his earlier suggestion to use dark magic as opposed to relying on Fiskerton to stop Kur. But there will of course be consequences to his actions.

Jay said in the previous Talkback that good characters would ocassionally do bad things (and vice versa). Doyle using dark magic could be exactly that. He won't be turning evil (I don't even want to imagine the possible fan response if he did....), but he'll likely resort to morally questionable tactics that will have major consequences on him and everyone else.

That aforementioned development makes for yet another fascinating plot thread in the road to the final Kur showdown. The writers really know how to build suspense and intrigue. I'm eager to see how everything gets tied up in the end.

This was quite the action-packed episode. The intercutting between the underwater and airborne sequences were effective and entertaining to watch. And I also appreciate the little Fiskerton moments (I'd so buy a plushie of him!). Another solid effort overall.

Yeah, it really seems that Doyle simply doesn't have enough faith in Fiskerton and Drew's mysticism to think that Fisk will ever find Kur on his own.

The ending was kind of 'DUN DUN DUUUUUN'
Something bad is going to come out of that relic.
Who knows what though?
Maybe Doyle's gut feeling is right, and that thing could be useful,
even with Fiskerton on hand.

Oh, definitely. The question is, is the Kurtector going to screw everything up on its way to leading the Saturdays to Kur, or is it just going to screw everything up period?

With Fisk being a primary cast member, I kind of think the second. Either that, or Fisk is the one who has to use the Kurtector. It makes sense, using a cryptid to find a cryptid ...

Another excellent episode of The Secret Saturdays. It was pretty cool to see Doc and Doyle having a kind of team-up moment in this episode. I thought that the story around the Atlas Pin was interesting. It also looked like the Saturday team finally had a win over Argost. I was really surprised when Fisk jumped down into his ship to get the item. I also was surprise that there are more snake-like people, though there wasn't a reason to think that she was the last of her kind either.

I loved how intense the actions was in this episode. I was so shocked at the end of the episode though. I didn't think that Doyle would turn on his family, especially after all that they've been through. It looked more like he didn't have as much faith in Fisk's ability to find Kur as Zak and Drew. Although, I'm sure that using the artifact will have some kind of setback. I still hope that he doesn't go evil though since Doyle is my favorite character in this show.

Overall, a wonderful episode to watch and as others mentioned, it was full of action non-stop. I'm really looking foreword to seeing next week's episode.

Well, like Jay said, some character would make choices that they might regret. Here I think that Doyle might have earned him some Renegade points for that stunt of collecting the Kurtector after being told not to. After all that thing does has some dark magic behind and dark magic is never good in these kind of series.

As for the Episode, I did like Doc and Doyle team up yet again, I thought that it was humorous that Doyle gave Fisk the chance to pilot the plane. Even Zak and Drew fight against the Serpent (didn't catch it name) attacking the city was just as nice as well. Especially the appearance of Ulraj, he definitely is turning out to be a great ruler, especially worrying about the Naga's reappearance.

I'd been waiting for this episode so badly. It was great! I agree with wanting to say 'action packed!' in description. It was wall to wall full of action.

Just when I think Argost can't get any crazier, he does stuff like that. That was awesome! Well, poor Doyle. :)

"I think I'll miss your brains the most, Doyle. Perhaps not quite as much as you will!"

And Zon for having to lug around that unwanted passenger. Argost blaming Munya for the losing battle made me lol. Really hard. XD

Ulraj is getting more awesome, too. I hope he's going to end up in the toy line one day. And Fisk! We must have Fiskertons. (with pilot goggles. lol)

I know I keep asking stuff...but do those little spider things Argost used to snatch the relic from Rani Nagi have names? And those blade-feathers? Please tell me those have names. Those were awesome. I love seeing what new diabolical things Argost will toss out at his enemies.

And now to wait and see what Doyle's going to do with the relic once he..er...puts its eyeballs back in, or whatever. lol Am I the only one who was sad that it broke? I always thought it was cool.

Am I the only one that noticed the beautiful animation between the dialogue of Ulraj and Zack during the " I saved your world!" bit?

It was like being in the good old days for a few seconds. :3!
