View Full Version : How soon will Stoked air?

So, Stoked premieres tomorrow in Canada, and all we're hearing about an American release on CN is that it comes in July. Which is under a week away, and we don't know if it's early July, or maybe even late July.

Has there been any other announcement about it besides the commercials they usually air on HHT?

As of this moment, we have nothing about an exact date. But it considering what happened with TDA I would guess it would be late July.

I haven't seen anything else about Stoked other than the promo that airs on HHT either. I'm guessing that it could start airing either mid or late July, considering how July is less than two weeks away from now.

I believe the promos stated that it would start in July. I assume it'll be taking 6teen's slot, so enjoy that show while it lasts.

6teen is doing well, and has MANY episodes to air. I doubt they're leaving.
I personally expect HHT will gain an hour with Stoked and some other show. Maybe LOSE or an acquisition. Are there unaired on CN Johnny Test episodes?

While that does sound possible, I'm not really sure that they would replace 6Teen with Stoked since it is doing well and they have plenty of episodes to air. I'm not sure it would actually premier on HHT though. It would make sense to put it there but at the same time, they could also air it on another time slot. I guess we'll have to wait and see when they officially announce it.

Or they could give it the LOSE treatment. There's no official source that i've found saying Stoked is confirmed to be on HHT.

While I understand your point and the issues involving Chowder and Flapjack, there isn't confirmed information that they will not be renewed at this point. Just like there isn't any confirmed information that Stoked will air on HHT. As Rho already pointed out, they could air Stoked during a weekday time slot not associated with a block, just as they do with L.O.S.E.

This is also the network that picked up Stoked based solely on the success of 6teen and TDI/TDA.

Well, It appears that it won't air on July 2nd.. Hopefully, July 9th.

I don't think that it will premier that early. I think that Cartoon Network would have done a bit more promotion if it was coming in about two weeks. I still think that a middle or late July premier is more likely since if it was going to be out in the early part of the month, I think that it would have been announced through a promo by now.

Dunno. They did little to no advertising for League of Super Evil. It just suddenly appeared, from what I saw.

That's true. However, I believe that they have been promoting Stoked for weeks now and if it was going to come out early this month, I think that we would have heard about it through a promo before the week's schedule came up. Of course, I could be completely wrong here since I'm just guessing as well.
