It's happening again!

It would seem that this "SilverandBlackstar" on the YouTube forum is up to his/her old tricks again.

Once again, I've received a PM from someone informing me that this "SilverandBlackstar" sent them a PM, and wanting to know if it's me. Let me state once again that I am NOT this "SilverandBlackstar", and that I do not now, nor have I ever had, an account on YouTube. I don't know who he/she/it is that want's everyone to think that either me or my brother is trolling the YouTube forums, but the truth is that I've never been there. Not even once. It seems pretty obvious that some person or persons over at the YouTube forums is trying to incriminate us, for what reason, I have no idea, but I'm getting really tired of recieving flack about things that I've never said or done on a forum that I've never once been to.

I'm not entirely sure what I should do about this. I know that I've made a few enemies on the boards, but the fact that someone would take it to this level is pretty darn disturbing. This whole thing is downright surreal. :sweat:

I got the same PM, and while I'm a little disturbed because I thought that account had been closed, really, there's not much we can do, except tell people the truth when confronted about it, or place a disclaimer on your sig stating the truth.

People are going to believe what they choose to believe, but I've decided a while ago that I'm not going to let some troll force me to give up my username or sully my reputation. I prefer to let my posts and the way I handle myself on the boards I do inhabit speak for itself.

I believe you on the basis that I don't see any possible reason why two 40-year olds would have nothing better to do than troll just for attention. Therefore, the troll's plan fails because of that. :cool:

There's no doubt that the person or persons are trying to frame you but YouTube doesn't have any forums and they don't seem to be trolling YouTube.

Eh, Silverstar is right. There really isn't anything to do except type the truth and incorporate it into my current sig. The mistake I made was even dignifying this person or persons with an acknowledgment.

Haters will hate. No matter what you do, there will always be someone somewhere who doesn't like what you have to say or how you choose to say it. That's life, but I refuse to give in to 1 or more creeps who wish to sully mine and my brother's names just because they don't like us. If you give to the creeps, that means that they've won. Like I said before, I don't come here to make enemies. I come here to discuss one of my favorite subjects: animation. If my particular approach or opinions rub anyone the wrong way, that's their issue, not mine. If someone dislikes Silver and myself so much that they're willing to go trolling while using our names, then that says much more about their character than it does about ours. As long as I'm not breaking any forum rules, all's fair. Don't like it? Tough. Deal with it. I apologize for nothing.

Exactly. Don't feed the troll... EVER.

That includes with responding, too. Responding will only fuel the troll more. Just ignore, block, and delete anything you hear from them. And yeah, just tell people it's a mistake, similar usernames getting mixed up isn't anything new. Someone asked me not too long ago if I was the same TripleS on an MSI forum... which I hadn't even known existed. XD

Considering that both our usernames were the same AND we both liked the same band, that coincidence was so strangely rare... but it happens.

Besides, those who know your pseudonyms well would know that you wouldn't use the same account anyway, seeing as the YT account used BOTH of your names.

Both Silverstar and Jave are correct; making a thread about this nonsense was a mistake. I'm not worried about what could happen, though. The worst case scenario is that this will just lead to more trash talk about me and Silverstar at TZ Watch, where I never go.

The mistake that I made was acknowledging this nonsens in the 1st place. It was a HUGE waste of time. It's best to simply ignore it all, because people are going to do what they do and believe whatever they choose to believe. I know the truth, and since I hardly ever visit YouTube, it really doesn't matter to me what goes on there.

I hope that someone will either lock or delete this thread soon.

Before this thread sleeps with the fishes, I have three reasons how I already knew it wasn't you nor Silverstar on YouTube:


1. SilverandBlackstar? Why would you guys have the same account?

2. Moms Of Animation video: Even though I know of both of your small fondiness of animated mothers (As do I), I wouldn't think you two would have a video with just animated moms (Didi Pickles from Rugrats isn't what I call hot). And for the fact that the video was muted by YouTube due to music by Warner Music Group (I knew you guys wouldn't get into stealing coryright).

3. I've seen his/her's comments on YT, and their comments are inferior to both of your well structured comments.
