Does anybody go to the Creativity Boards?

Just wondering...

People make stories but looks like nobody wants to read them...

I wrote a story but nobody read it and I worked really hard on it too:sad:

I rarely see members reply to stories. More members reply to artwork since it's a lot easier to click and see a piece of artwork than it is to read a story.

The mods of the forums, however, are fairly good at commenting on members' work, story or art.

I would post some work but every time I try to write an original story it either

a) ends up as a fanfic; or
b) has a character extremely similar to something I was watching/reading at the time of writing.

Ya know I was just thinking that the other day. XD I've been debating over making an art topic because I wasn't sure whether or not anyone would respond.

But... I'm more than willing to give critique. :3

That's the problem with the Creativity boards: barely anyone even bothers to check them out, much less reply to stuff.

First and foremost: Do not just rely on TZ members for viewing.


You want people to see your work then you need to take up some marketing and learn to promote.
You can start by using your signature, any and all signatures you have from other forums.
Got a blog? Post stippets of what you wrote and create a link to the toonzone location via hyperlink.
Also post your work in more than one location, start with deviantart.

And PalmelaFC your sig is too high, I dont think the mods like that.

This thread is not for mods to take as a bad thing. I was just asking if people here at TZ normally go to the Creativity Boards.

Didnt say the thread, said your sig (signature). The stuff after the short line separating what you post from what shows up in each post that you make.
