Student Council Suggestions

Well, right now I'm in my middle school student council and we are stumped. Next year I'm the person that makes ideas for StuCo and need help getting started. Every meeting we have are on Wednesday with all the grade sections (6th, 7th, and 8th). I'm trying to think up new ideas like community projects, fundraisers, and promoting school pride.

So any suggestions would be great!

Have a fundraiser that involves the students as well as the teachers, to bring the school closer together.

I suggest having a raffle, where students can pay for tickets, and get a chance to get picked to win something, preferably something that can be watched and enjoyed by the people who did not win the raffle, so they dont feel left out.

Maybe have the reward be something like throw a pie at a teacher in the face or something, or maybe every 250$ that is raised = 1 winner

so if you raise 1000$ you can have 4 kids win and throw pies at 1 to 4 teachers.

You have to make sure its ok with the teachers though, and that they arent alergic to the pie flavors, etc.

Just an idea.
